Research On The Protection And Utilization Of Industrial Heritage Along The Third Line Of Baocheng Railway In Sichuan Province

Sichuan is a key region during the construction period of the third line in China,with the areas along the Baocheng Railway being the core area of the third line construction.There are a large number and rich variety of third line industrial heritages along the Baocheng Railway.However,with the advancement of urbanization,many old industrial heritage sites in remote areas have been abandoned,and those located in urban areas are also facing the dilemma of renovation,relocation,and even demolition.Protecting the third tier industrial heritage of the region is not only urgent,but also faces great challenges and opportunities.Therefore,how to make good use of the advantages of the Baocheng Railway Line as a golden line,protect the industrial heritage of the third line construction,inherit the spirit of the third line,and restore the vitality of the city’s economy and culture has become an urgent task.Through the research and analysis of the historical development trends of industrial heritage protection abroad,it can be seen that the protected mode of heritage corridors has become the current trend.Its characteristic is overall protection,especially suitable for the protection and reuse of cross regional linear cultural heritage,which has an important guiding role for China in the field of overall protection and utilization of heritage.This study focuses on the protection and utilization of the industrial heritage of the third line construction in the Sichuan area along the Baocheng Railway,mainly from the following three levels.(1)Basic investigation and research.According to the historical data,the investigation and research on the industrial heritage of the third line construction along the Baoji Chengdu Railway in Sichuan were carried out,and the historical development,industry type,distribution pattern,style characteristics,protection and utilization status of the current heritage were summarized.Finally,according to the investigation,the single protected mode of the third line industrial heritage was summarized,which was seriously idle and abandoned;Difficulties in economic development and shortage of funds for protection and development;The third line value highlights,and regional tourism urgently needs to be strengthened;There are four major categories of issues related to the lack of heritage management and inadequate policies.(2)Research on Value Evaluation Grading.Analyze the value connotation of the three line industrial heritage in the Sichuan area along the Baocheng Railway in seven aspects of history,society,science,aesthetics,economy,education,and uniqueness,and construct corresponding evaluation models to evaluate and classify the industrial heritage itself,heritage gathering areas,and industrial towns.Primary heritage sites are mainly heritage sites with outstanding contributions and significant influence in history;The primary heritage gathering area is mainly an area with a large number of primary heritage points,a good ecological environment,and a well preserved original pattern and style;According to the historical status of each town during the third line construction period,as well as the evaluation results of heritage ontology and heritage gathering areas,the towns along the line are divided into three levels,the first level is Fucheng District,the second level is Jingyang,Erlang Temple,and the Third Estate is Qingbaijiang,Lizhou District,and Hanwang.(3)Research on protection and utilization methods and implementation strategies.Based on value evaluation and combined with the theory of heritage corridors,construct a "corridor" oriented pattern and implementation strategy for the protection and utilization of third-line industrial heritage.Specifically,through the four elements of green corridor,interpretation system,transportation organization and heritage sites,an industrial heritage corridor with three lines of industry as the core,integrating urban natural landscape and recreational resources,will be built to form a protection and utilization pattern of four levels,namely,the overall level of the three lines of industrial heritage corridor along the Baocheng Railway,the level of industrial towns,the level of industrial heritage clusters,and the level of heritage buildings;And targeted implementation strategies are formulated from the five aspects of "space,economy,culture,management,and policy",corresponding to the implementation strategies for the protection and utilization of the third line industrial heritage corridor,including the establishment of a protection planning system,the establishment of a financial guarantee system,the deepening of public participation mechanisms,the establishment of regional coordination management systems,and the improvement of legal systems.
