| Compared with traditional cast-in-place shear wall structures,prefabricated shear wall structures have greater advantages in the comprehensive efficiency of site construction,structural molding quality and economic benefits.Steel-concrete composite structures can make full use of the characteristics of steel and concrete materials and have a wide application prospect,which has become one of the important development directions of the current structural systems.In order to prevent the interface of reinforced concrete composite structures from moving or separating in the vertical direction and ensure its cooperative work,this paper suggests installing new steel bolt connections and new embedded parts at the interface of reinforced concrete.A new vertical joint connection method of shear wall is formed by combining.This article conducts in-depth research on the seismic performance of the structure through experiments.The main content are as follows:(1)The mixing effect of different fibers was analyzed through material performance experiments,and the optimum fiber ratio and content were obtained.Based on the improvement of mechanical properties of concrete by mixed fiber,the influence of mixed fiber as filling concrete on the vertical joint connection of shear walls is analyzed.(2)In order to improve the mechanical properties of this new type of connection joint,the influence of structural parameters such as the embedded depth of steel and the width of steel flange on the mechanical properties of the embedded parts was systematically analyzed.(3)Four specimens were designed,including a new shear wall vertical seam embedded steel bolt connection and a traditional shear wall vertical seam steel bolt connection.The shear and seismic behavior of connection joints is studied by quasi-static tests.In this paper,the failure process and mechanism of four types of connection joints are discussed,and their seismic characteristics such as bearing capacity,ductility,stiffness degradation and energy dissipation are analyzed.The influence of different joint forms on the performance of vertical joint of shear wall is revealed. |
