The complex geographical environment and climate conditions along the high altitude railway tunnel make the construction of the high altitude railway tunnel meet many challenges and problems.One glaring is high altitude extra-long railway tunnel in area of low pressure,low temperature and low oxygen environment "three low" characteristics for high altitude extra-long railway tunnel disaster prevention and rescue brought great difficulties and operation safety,put forward suitable for high altitude extra-long railway tunnel aid station of smoke control system is one of the must face the problems in the process of tunnel construction.Based on the high-altitude railway tunnel rescue station project,this paper studies the smoke extraction structure size parameter optimization and smoke extraction system control technology of the high-altitude railway tunnel rescue station through theoretical analysis,three-dimensional numerical calculation,field test,network ventilation and other methods.The research results mainly include the following aspects:1.Through research,theoretical analysis,three-dimensional numerical simulation and other methods,the influence of smoke exhaust structural parameters such as the number and spacing of vertical shaft type contact flue,the size of contact flue,the size of parallel flue,the position of inclined shaft(transverse hole),and the structure type of contact flue on the dynamic flow characteristics of smoke in the rescue station was explored.The optimization design parameters of smoke exhaust structure size of emergency rescue station in high altitude railway tunnel are proposed.2.Through the theoretical analysis and the three-dimensional numerical calculation methods study different fire location,the exhaust mouth open strategy influence on rescue station flue gas flow characteristics,explore different smoke exhaust mouth open strategy under different fire scenario to rescue station smoke exhaust effect,put forward the specialty of high altitude railway tunnel rescue station optimization of smoke at the mouth of the open policy.3.Through research,theoretical analysis,field test,network ventilation calculation and other methods,the attenuation law of the boost performance of high-altitude fans is proved,the attenuation model of the boost performance of high-altitude fans is brought into the disaster prevention and ventilation design of rescue stations,and the fan configuration technology of the emergency rescue stations of high-altitude and extra-long railway tunnels is proposed.The above research results not only to the specialty of high altitude railway disaster prevention design and construction of tunnel emergency station provide direct guidance,but also can be in the future high altitude extra-long railway tunnel disaster prevention and rescue and safety operation management to provide reference and reference,for further consummates our country high altitude extra-long railway tunnel disaster evacuation and rescue related specification also has a positive guiding role.
