| Urban rail transit has the characteristics of fast running speed,dispatch density can be adjusted according to passenger flow,convenient,efficient,safe and reliable.With the surge of urban population,the spatial and temporal distribution of urban rail transit passenger flow will also change greatly in a period of time,which puts forward higher requirements and greater tests to the operation and organization level of urban rail transit.The quality of train diagram reflects the level of rail transit operation organization.In order to reflect the deviation between train operation chart and actual operation more accurately,this paper takes the ATS system data and train operation chart of Chengdu Metro Line 3 as the research object,and proposes a research technical route to evaluate the performance of train operation chart based on ATS system data.Firstly,this thesis analyzes the research status of train operation data analysis,train operation chart evaluation index and train operation chart optimization at home and abroad,and analyzes the methods of train operation chart compilation and ATS system data collection and storage.At the same time,a data preparation process is developed to preprocess and reconstruct the original data.On this basis,the values of each efficiency index are calculated by matching the data and the calculated values are cleaned.Secondly,based on the structure of ATS system data and the valuable information to be mined,the performance evaluation index of train running chart is constructed from the space-time distribution.The evaluation of performance indicators is carried out from three dimensions: one is a train process time evaluation method,which introduces statistical technology to mine data in the spatial and temporal distribution,identifies the characteristics of stop-time and interval running time,and calculates the interval buffer time by using stop-time efficiency indicators and interval running time efficiency indicators;A spatio-temporal analysis method of punctuality based on arrival time,and intuitively identify the spatio-temporal position with low punctuality through visualization technology;And a method to evaluate passenger waiting time by using the headway mismatch.Train running chart based on the analysis of the three dimensions of performance evaluation model,and the instance data generation into the model were analyzed,and the results show that the model can identify the train running on the poor performance of space and time position,so as to analyze the cause of the difficult part service related,and in some direction parameter modification Suggestions are presented.Finally,based on the performance evaluation index of train operation chart,the optimization model of train operation chart is further established.The model is solved by genetic algorithm and simulated by MATLAB.The optimization results show that the execution efficiency of the train diagram has been improved,and the comparison of the train diagram before and after optimization directly verifies the effectiveness of the model and algorithm.This study through mining train operation of ATS system to collect and store data,based on the spatial and temporal distribution of passenger flow on the train running performance index assessment model is established,through the example analysis of chengdu subway will not verify the proposed evaluation model,and improve execution efficiency of train running in terms of optimization.Relevant evaluation models and optimization methods have certain engineering reference significance for urban rail transit authorities and operating companies in the improvement of operation chart efficiency. |
