Launch vehicles are currently the only means for various spacecraft to enter space,and major spacefaring nations are vigorously developing the relevant technology of launch vehicles.With the development of space launch technology,the demand for launch missions is gradually becoming diversified,which poses new requirements for the research and development of launch vehicles.At the same time,the design and manufacture of launch vehicles are extremely complex systemic engineering,which needs to consider the coupling relationship and constraint limitations among various subsystems.How to achieve rapid iteration optimization of related design parameters in the early stage of research and development is a key problem in the process of launch vehicle development.For the purpose of achieving rapid selection of launch vehicles,a study was conducted on the modeling,parameter optimization schemes,and optimization methods in the launch vehicle selection process.By establishing a motion model of launch vehicles and proposing a launch vehicle combination optimization plan based on the idea of combinatorial optimization.For the characteristics of continuous and discrete variables in the parameter optimization process of launch vehicles,the differential evolution algorithm is used for optimization design,and the selection optimization problem of the minimum take-off mass is solved.To achieve rapid iteration of launch vehicle preliminary design,a visualization system for launch vehicle selection and optimization is designed and constructed,which realizes a user-friendly launch vehicle selection and optimization process and has certain guiding and reference significance for launch vehicle selection and design.The main contents of thesis are as follows:Firstly,the space motion model of launch vehicles is established,and the optimization plan for launch vehicle selection is designed.By analyzing the space motion law of launch vehicles,the motion model of launch vehicles is established.On this basis,aiming at the minimum take-off mass under fixed payload,the mathematical optimization plan in the process of launch vehicle selection is studied and designed based on the idea of combinatorial optimization.Secondly,the differential evolution algorithm is studied in-depth.The performance of different mutation strategies of the differential evolution algorithm is tested.Based on the adaptive crossover probability,two mutation strategies of the differential evolution algorithm are improved,and the experimental results show a significant improvement.For the problem that the ordinary differential evolution algorithm is difficult to solve for discrete optimization variables,a differential method for discrete variables is proposed,and the improved differential evolution algorithm is used to solve the established optimization model,and the feasibility of the algorithm is proved.Finally,a visualization system for launch vehicle selection and optimization is designed and constructed.The system can construct optimization tasks through an interactive interface and store optimization task information and results in the database so that users can submit optimization tasks online,view optimization information,and analyze optimization results charts.
