| The report of the 2020 Central Economic Work Conference emphasized the importance of ensuring the autonomy and controllability of the supply chain.While extending its strengths,attention should be paid to strengthening the construction of weak areas,focusing on promoting the tackling and breakthroughs of core technologies,and strengthening weak links in the industrial chain and supply chain.To overcome the core technology,we need to have sufficient financial support,so we need to pay attention to the use and management of working capital.Working capital can ensure the smooth operation and sustainable operation of enterprises.Simply and intuitively,improving the use efficiency of working capital can indirectly optimize the financing structure,thereby shortening the business cycle,enhancing liquidity,reducing costs,providing guarantee for enterprise technological innovation,strengthening solvency and profitability,and enabling enterprises and industries to achieve a virtuous cycle of development.In 2021,the Central Economic Work Conference stressed that micro policies play an important role in the activity of market players,prompting enterprises to reintroduce the capital management related to the upstream and downstream of the supply chain into the scope of enterprise working capital management,rather than looking at working capital management from the perspective of traditional elements.The Resolution of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on the Major Achievements and Historical Experience of the Party’s Centennial Struggle passed at the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China in 2021 pointed out that the development and long-term stability of the country require ensuring supply chain security.Supply chain security is an important part of building a new development pattern and a key measure to stabilize the operation of the industrial economy.This important instruction effectively points out the challenges and opportunities faced by the domestic industrial and supply chains.Therefore,while discussing the management of enterprise working capital,it should be studied from the perspective of supply chain security.With the development of the new era of the Internet,upstream and downstream supply chains are more willing to develop strategic cooperative relationships.Therefore,how to ensure the security of the supply chain has become an increasingly prominent issue.In view of the above situation,on the basis of in-depth research on supply chain,working capital management and the combination of supply chain security and working capital management theory,this paper takes BYD and Chang’an Automobile as examples to conduct in-depth research and analysis.First,this paper briefly introduces the basic situation of BYD and Chang’an and the development of the supply chain.Then,according to Wang Zhuquan’s classification of "working capital",it analyzes the working capital management in the past five years from three aspects of supply chain procurement,production and sales,compares it with the average value of the same industry,and analyzes its existing problems in depth.Finally,This paper analyzes the working capital management of BYD and Chang’an Automobile in the three links of purchase,production and marketing in the supply chain,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,as well as corresponding index evaluation systems.Taking BYD and Chang’an Automobile as examples,this paper analyzes the working capital of the two companies from the perspective of supply chain security,and finds that applying the supply chain security idea to the working capital management of the company is a more complete and systematic working capital management idea,which helps to improve the working capital management level of the company,and thus enhance the company’s competitive strength.The research in this article has certain reference value for the supply chain operational capital management of other automotive manufacturing enterprises. |
