| HTS technology has been applied in many different fields.The HTS-PM system is composed of high temperature superconductors and permanent magnets,not only if it can be used in high temperature superconducting maglev trains,but also in the population control of space vehicles.The research on HTS-PM system in high-temperature superconducting maglev train is quite mature at home and abroad,but there are few researches on the population control of space vehicles.Especially when the HTS-PM system is affected by external interference,the security and operation stability of the system are difficult to be guaranteed.Therefore,the vibration characteristics of HTS-PM system are discussed.Based on the self-designed HTS-PM vibration device,the paper first introduces the research background of the high temperature superconducting permanent magnet interaction system,the development process of the superconductor and the nonlinear vibration characteristics of the HTS-PM system,and proposes the main ideas and experimental scheme.Secondly,the construction process of the experimental platform is explained,the components and experimental requirements are introduced in detail,and the specific operation process and matters needing attention of the experiment are elaborated.Then we analyze the resonance frequency of HTS-PM system during vertical free vibration,and explore the trend of resonance frequency with superconductor temperature,field cold gap and permanent magnet load.Matlab simulation was performed,and the theoretical and experimental results are basically consistent.We then analyze the resonance frequency of the HTS-PM system during transverse free vibration,and explore the trend of the resonance frequency changing with the superconductor temperature,the field cold gap,and the permanent magnet load.The effects of the superconductor temperature and the field cold gap on the force stiffness of the HTS-PM system are also investigated.Finally,the effect of the excitation amplitude and excitation frequency in the HTS-PM system is studied.The chaotic motion of the permanent magnet is discussed by time and frequency domain analysis,phase diagram and Poincare cross section.The results show that the resonance frequency of the HTS-PM system decreases with the HTS-PM system due to the small amplitude and low temperature.It provides some reference for the future application of HTS-PM system. |
