| As a traditional wooden structure building system in China,the pivoting wooden structure is the most commonly used architectural structure in the southern area of China in history.In recent years,the foreign and domestic research on seismic performance of modern light wood structure is relatively perfect,and the domestic study of Chuan Dou timberwork mainly concentrated in the mechanical properties of the traditional structure itself and the damaged structure restoration research,for new Chuan Dou timberwork improvement research is relatively scarce,traditional Chuan Dou timberwork although has good energy dissipation and the deformation ability,But its poor lateral resistance can not meet the modern seismic requirements.Accordingly,in this paper,the Chuan Dou wooden frame wall put forward three kinds of improved solution,through the five groups of full scale cyclic reciprocating test research,the seismic behavior of the modified structure is analyzed,the Chuan Dou damage characteristics of the wooden frame,bearing capacity,stiffness and energy dissipation and the deformation ability,set up the finite element model of two groups of test,It lays a preliminary foundation for the analysis and design of the system in the future.The specific research content of the paper is detailed as follows:(1)The present situation of wooden structure residential houses is studied(Chapter 1).This paper summarizes the research status of wood structure residential houses from two aspects of mechanical properties of mortise and tenon joints and mechanical properties of wood frame walls,points out the problems that have not been solved in existing research,and gives the research ideas and technical route of this paper.(2)In this paper,the constitutive model of wood material is described,and the basic physical property parameters of the material are obtained through the material property test of the fast-growing Chinese fir plywood.Three kinds of traditional through-through wood structure improvement schemes are proposed,and the structure is reasonably designed.Five trusses of test frame walls are made.It includes 1 pin of traditional pitch-and-mortise joint wooden frame,1 pin of reinforced mortise and tenon joint wooden frame with steel connectors,2 pin of steel pulled-in wooden frame support system(1 pin of steel pulled-in wooden frame with two different thicknesses),and 1 pin of filled wall wooden frame.The test loading scheme,test content and method are determined(Chapter 2).(3)Five groups of low cycle reciprocating load tests were carried out and their seismic performance,test phenomena and failure modes were compared and analyzed(Chapter 3).The results show that: Three kinds of improved structure can effectively improve traditional Chuan Dou timber frame of ultimate bearing capacity,stiffness and energy dissipation capacity,three kinds of solutions to improve the ultimate bearing capacity,stiffness,steel fittings wooden frame strengthened mortise and tenon joint node to the ascension of the ultimate bearing capacity,stiffness significantly lower than the set steel belt and embedded wood frame shear wall,the method of There is a positive correlation between the frame bearing capacity and the thickness of the steel strip.The initial stiffness of the three improvement schemes is larger,but the later decline rate is faster.The traditional pin-through wood frame has good energy consumption and deformation performance,but the ultimate bearing capacity and lateral stiffness are very small,and the mortise-breaking failure occurs in the test process,which makes the structure suddenly lose the bearing capacity.The three improved structures have better ductility and effectively slow down the brittle failure of the whole structure.The method of setting steel connectors has limited energy consumption.In contrast,the method of setting steel strips and built-in wood frame shear walls can more effectively increase energy consumption of the dipper wood frame structure.(4)The ABAQUS finite element solid model of the tie-in mortise and tenon joints wooden frame and steel joints reinforced mortise and tenon joints wooden frame was established,which was in good agreement with the test results,confirming the correctness of the modeling method,and providing a reference for the subsequent parametric analysis. |
