| With the rapid development of economy and the continuous expansion of urban scale,the pressure of urban electricity is increasing,and urban land resources are extremely scarce,which makes underground substations more and more popular.The load rate of equipment in underground substations is also gradually increasing,so that the temperature of the room is too high,and the equipment is prone to failure.In order to consider the safety of the substation room,the fan models selected are all large,which results in A waste of resources.No one has done systematic research on the ventilation of the entire underground substation.Therefore,this paper takes underground substation A as the research object and carries out the following research on the ventilation status of the underground substation:A comprehensive design was made for the ventilation system of underground substation A,and two underground substations A and B were selected as the objects.The operating load rates of the two underground substations were respectively 20% and 14%,and the ventilation volume of the rooms and the thermal and humid environment conditions were measured on site.The actual operating conditions of the underground substations were that only some room fans were turned on and the air intake corridor was not opened.The temperature of the two underground substations did not exceed the standard.With the increase of the substation load rate,when all the fans are turned on,the ventilation of the underground substation becomes a typical complex ventilation network with multiple power sources coupled,including multiple fans in the room and hot pressure in the room.Taking A underground substation as an example,the ventilation network is also changed due to the constant change of environmental conditions.Ventilation network diagrams of 20 situations are analyzed,and the conditions of 20 ventilation network diagrams are determined.The ventilation network calculation model is established,the heat balance of the room is coupled with the ventilation volume,and the ventilation network is solved according to the calculation model.According to the ventilation network calculation process and the internal data of underground substation,the ventilation network model of the whole underground substation is compiled into software using C# language and visual studio platform,and the ventilation network calculation results are analyzed by taking underground substation A as a case.The fan model of 110 k V distribution unit room is changed to HTFD-T-I-15#,and the fan model of ground transformer room is changed to HTFD-T-I-18#. |
