Research On Environmental Information Disclosure And Its Effect In Photovoltaic Industry

In the context of sustainable development of the global economy,photovoltaic power generation has become an important way to solve the problem of energy pollution.The photovoltaic industry has been developing for nearly two decades since2004,and the subsidies have been withdrawn to make the excess capacity of the photovoltaic industry chain clear significantly,and the photovoltaic industry has started to enter a stage of orderly development.After the 20 th National Congress,various industries are actively promoting the green transformation of enterprises,and environmental information,as an important channel for the community to monitor the fulfillment of corporate social responsibility,has become an imperative for the domestic market to establish a sound and long-term environmental information monitoring system.In this context,it is of great practical significance to discuss whether environmental information disclosure has an effective impact on the green innovation development of photovoltaic enterprises.This paper firstly starts from the background of the industry,and through the layout of the industry chain and the development history of the industry,it introduces the topic of establishing a sound environmental information disclosure system in the industry,which needs urgent attention.Secondly,we analyze the environmental information disclosure status of LONGi from the enterprise’s perspective;secondly,we analyze the green innovation performance of LONGi by analyzing the mechanism between environmental information disclosure and green innovation performance,and decompose the economic,environmental and social performance of the enterprise at three levels.First,the environmental information disclosure in the photovoltaic industry is in a state of continuous improvement and soundness,and the green innovation performance and environmental information disclosure quality scores show a similar trend.Second,the quality of environmental information disclosure from the photovoltaic industry to LONGi is steadily increasing,but there are problems such as non-standardized information disclosure and lack of quantitative data.Third,the improvement of environmental information disclosure quality has a certain promotion effect on the improvement of enterprises’ green innovation performance.Finally,this paper proposes suggestions for improvement at the corporate level in terms of building corporate value with environmental information disclosure and improving internal incentive mechanisms for green innovation.
