Long-term operation monitoring is an important way to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the rotating shaft,in which torque is one of the key parameters of the health monitoring of the rotating shaft.At present,strain gauge electrical measurement technology is the most mature torque measurement method,but it has always been a problem to achieve long-term reliable power supply of strain measurement equipment on the rotating shaft.Traditional power supply methods rely on slip rings or batteries,but none of them meet the characteristics of long-term reliable power supply.In response to the "Made in China 2025" and the implementation of China’s manufacturing power strategy,this thesis proposes a torque telemetry system for rotating shafts,which can continuously measure the torque of rotating shafts for a long time.When supplying power to electronic devices on a rotating shaft,it is necessary to overcome the effects of vibration and relative position changes caused by the rotation of the rotating shaft.After comparing several wireless power supply methods,magnetically coupled resonant wireless power transmission is selected as the wireless power supply method in this thesis.Due to the needs of the project,this thesis further selects the side of the rotary shaft for magnetically coupled resonant wireless power transmission.In order to reduce the impact of low coil mutual inductance when supplying power to the side,this thesis innovatively designs a single coil transmitting and dual coil receiving coupling mechanism.Through simulation,theoretical derivation,and experimental verification,the coupling mechanism can effectively improve the transmission power and efficiency of magnetically coupled resonant wireless power transmission under low coupling coefficient.Based on this coupling mechanism,a suitable magnetically coupled resonant wireless power transmission circuit,and optimal resonant frequency and voltage control algorithm are designed,which can effectively improve transmission efficiency and ensure transmission power.After completing the magnetically coupled resonant wireless power transmission design,a series of filtering,amplification,and analog-to-digital/analog conversion circuits were designed based on strain gauge electrical measurement technology,enabling accurate torque measurement and signal output.This thesis establishes a rotating shaft torque measurement experimental platform,which tests the bandwidth,signal output,power supply,frequency regulation and voltage regulation performance of the torque telemetry system designed in this article;On the other hand,the output signal of the system is verified and calibrated through a torque measuring instrument.The final experimental results indicate that the torque measurement performance of this torque telemetry system meets the expected requirements.
