| The key link in the cultivation of talents of Instrument Science and Technology is experimental teaching,and the important support for experimental teaching is experimental platform,which is also the foundation for the cultivation of compound talents with practical and innovative abilities.Taking the instrument design experiment as the research object and basing on network and virtual instrument technology,this thesis designs an instrument experiment platform suitable for undergraduate instrument design experiment teaching by analyzing the experimental teaching content and conventional instrument architecture.This thesis formulates a unified software and hardware interface standard and standardizes module division for conventional measurement and control instruments,enabling the experimental platform to provide support for both instrument module design and overall machine design.This experimental platform adopts a networked and modular design approach to divide the entire instrument design into multiple independent instrument module designs,making the conduct of instrument design experiments more flexible.At the same time,by designing a universal software and hardware interface,students can freely design and implement any software and hardware module of the measurement and control instrument,achieving the goal of conducting open experiments,while the experimental platform provides students with the function of controlling and debugging any module they design.This experimental platform provides universal hardware interfaces and diverse interface configuration modes,achieving the control of any instrument circuit module to support students in conducting open instrument circuit design experiments;it also provides a universal interface driver and a unified instrument function framework,achieving the loading and calling of any instrument driver to support students in conducting open instrument software system design experiments.The main work of this thesis is as follows:Overall scheme design of experimental platform.By analyzing the requirements of the experimental platform,determine the basic architecture of the software and hardware system of the experimental platform.The hardware system includes upper computer,communication interface and functional circuit.The upper computer is the control core and experimental operation platform;The functional circuit is the hardware circuit designed by students,and the communication interface is responsible for establishing the control channel between the above two.The software system includes the control software of communication interface and the management software of upper computer.The control software realizes the network communication with the management software,and the control of the functional circuit.The management software,the core of functional,is responsible for providing various functions and drivers that support the conduct of experiments.Hardware system design and implementation.The communication interface circuit board is designed to provide a hardware platform for the control software.The oscilloscope function circuit module is designed as an example of the function test board and instrument design experiment of the experimental platform.Software system design and implementation.The communication interface control software system is designed to achieve network communication and interface configuration functions.And the upper computer management software system is designed,achieving control and debugging functions for hardware circuits and software drivers.Experimental platform test.Based on the oscilloscope function circuit board and communication interface board,this thesis tests the functions and performance of the experimental platform and verifies the feasibility of the experimental platform through the implementation of simulated instrument design experiments. |
