With the rapid growth of the global population and the increasing number of people,combined with the rapid growth of population aging and the improvement of people’s living standards and other factors,people’s demand for medical consumption is also gradually increasing.At present,more and more medical device manufacturers have gradually increased their investment in the field of biofeedback therapeutic devices.There are more and more products with similar functions on the market,and the competition is increasingly fierce.In order to maintain sufficient competitiveness in this field and gain more profits,LP Medical established a biofeedback therapeutic instrument research and development project.However,the R&D project of biofeedback therapeutic instrument involves many departments,has great technical difficulties,and has a tight development cycle.How to accurately and comprehensively identify and evaluate the risks in the project,and take corresponding measures to ensure the timely and high-quality completion of the project is very important.This paper takes the R&D project of LP Medical Biofeedback Therapeutic Instrument as the research object,analyzes the current situation of the domestic and foreign medical device industry,combines the current situation of the R&D project of biofeedback therapeutic instrument,and systematically and comprehensively studies the R&D project of biofeedback therapeutic instrument according to the project management theory and risk management theory.This paper optimizes the risk management of biofeedback therapeutic instrument R&D project from three aspects:project risk identification,project risk assessment and project risk response.In terms of project risk identification,first collect as many possible risks in the project through brainstorming,and then further identify the risks in the project scientifically and systematically through Delphi method.Then,for the identified risks,scientific and reasonable risk assessment is carried out for various risks through the analytic hierarchy process,and the identified risks are rated according to the three levels of high,middle and low.Finally,according to the three risk levels of high,middle and low,technical risk,management risk,commercial risk and external risk,corresponding risk strategies shall be adopted for the risks of the same level and type,and corresponding risk measures shall be taken for each specific risk factor.Through scientific,systematic and comprehensive risk management research on the project,the successful completion of the project will be ensured.The research and development project of biofeedback therapeutic instrument,as a project that requires the cooperation of multiple departments in the field of medical devices,is compatible with multiple operating systems,and covers multiple software versions,has a typical representative significance in the medical device industry.Moreover,as a project conducted by LP Medical to reduce costs,through comprehensive and systematic risk management research,it not only has reference and guidance for other subsequent projects of the company,It also has a certain guiding role for other enterprises of the same type.
