| Nowadays,in the context of intensified economic globalization,enterprises are facing challenges from both domestic and foreign markets and are forced to improve their comprehensive strength in all respects in order to cope with market shocks.Corporate image and corporate culture,as part of enterprise soft power,play a more significant role in comprehensive strength.After more than 10 years of development,Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport Express Transportation Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "Airport Express")has lost systematicness and efficiency in constructing and carrying forward its corporate culture.Employees,therefore,have a low identity in corporate culture,which could have played a positive role in its corporation.This thesis first investigates and studies the status quo of corporate culture identity of Airport Express,then finds out the problems of corporate culture identity of Airport Express and analyzes the causes,thus formulating the implementation and safeguard measures to raise employees’ corporate culture identity.This thesis focuses on: how to improve employees’ corporate culture identity.Firstly,it sorts out the studies on corporate culture proposed by both domestic and foreign scholars and concludes different ideas on corporate culture from different times,countries and cultural backgrounds and researching on their origins and processes and practical significance.Secondly,this thesis studies the current state of employees’ corporate culture identity by analyzing the results of questionnaires and interviews with employees and concludes that employees have higher scores in corporate culture cognition but lower scores in socialization.Thirdly,research into the current status of corporate culture identity reveals that there is a sizable disparity in corporate culture identity among employees and that the promotion methods are not focused on the actual demands of employees.In light of these issues,this thesis develops a lifting scheme.The scheme involves the design principle,general idea,contents and implementation process,which including improving employees’ satisfaction,organizational structure,culture promotion and implementation strategies,corporate culture and so on.Based on them,this thesis also works out a plan for improving corporate culture and safeguard measures,which include organizational guarantee,system guarantee and team guarantee.This thesis studies the corporate culture identity promotion plan of employees of Airport Express Company,aiming to improve the company’s management level and promote the realization of corporate goals through corporate culture identity promotion.From the perspective of employees,it aims to improve their work enthusiasm,enhance their cohesion,improve their personal quality and comprehensive skills,and help them to design a targeted career plan.From the perspective of the enterprise,it is beneficial to enhance the consistency of employees’ behavior,retain talents,improve the external image,maintain the stability of the team,thus achieving the goals of the enterprise. |
