Economic development and climate are closely related,and the price of rapid economic development is excessive energy consumption and environmental pollution.Environmental issues are prominent as a strong endogenous force for the innovative development of new energy vehicles,and the development of new energy vehicle industry has become the mainstream direction of the automotive industry.However,marketing management has not traditionally recognized the importance of logistics and supply chain management as a key factor in gaining an advantage in the market.In today’s more challenging business environment,where volatility and unpredictable demands have become the norm,it is critical to recognize the importance of agility.However,in today’s more challenging business environment,volatility and unpredictable demands have become the norm,and recognizing the importance of agility is critical.As the core component of new energy vehicles,battery plays a vital role in the performance of new energy vehicles.New energy vehicle parts are mainly divided into two parts: independent production and procurement.The core knowledge of batteries is in the hands of several core competitive companies.As a result,the batteries are usually purchased through bidding.In this regard,many factors need to be considered when selecting suppliers.Firstly,this paper reviews the related literature and teases out the new energy vehicle agility supply chain,the development process of new energy vehicles,the development status of new energy vehicle battery suppliers and their related research results to supply some theoretical basis for the subsequent study.Secondly,combined with the relevant concepts and methods of battery supplier evaluation,the components of battery supplier evaluation are explained,and the advantages and disadvantages of hierarchical analysis(AHP)and data envelope analysis(DEA)are expounded.Associating the research object,content,and purpose,AHP-DEA analysis method is considered as the main research method of this article.Meanwhile,the basic thinking and feasibility of this approach are analyzed.Then,the evaluation index system was used to construct the new energy vehicle battery supplier.Combined with the AHP-DEA model,an empirical study of battery suppliers is conducted with X Company as an example.Finally,based on the evaluation model and empirical analysis of the battery suppliers,the future is expected.
