Research On Development Path Of Sea-River Joint Transportation Of A Port Group Co.,Ltd.

Recently,China’s transportation industry has entered an important period from "big country of transportation" to "strong country of transportation".As an important part of comprehensive transportation,coastal ports undertake the important mission of accelerating transformation and realizing modernization in an all-round way.At present,the main contradiction of coastal ports has been transformed from inadequate supply of facilities to inadequate and unbalanced supply of services.To comprehensively deepen the reform of coastal ports,accelerate the structural adjustment of the transport system,and ensure the effective improvement of supply capacity are the core requirements for high-quality development in the future.The sea-river joint transportation business is an effective connection between the sea port and the inland waterway transportation system,with the advantages of reducing intermediate links in transportation,reducing transportation costs,environmental protection,and energy conservation.It is an important direction for the future development of coastal ports.This article takes the study of port the sea-river joint transportation business as the starting point,takes A Port Group Co.,Ltd.as a case study,analyzes the development foundation and constraints,analyzes the development environment and market demand,and formulates the development path of the sea-river joint transportation.The paper consists of six chapters.The first two chapters introduce the research background and relevant theoretical foundations,with the focus on chapters three,four,and five.Finally,the research conclusion is presented.Firstly,by studying the current development status of the company,it was determined that developing the sea-river joint transportation is an inevitable choice for the company.The foundation and constraints of developing the sea-river joint transportation were analyzed,and the advantages and disadvantages of the company’s development were identified.Secondly,by analyzing the natural,social,economic,and business development environment of the company,we identify the opportunities and challenges we face,and conduct market demand analysis.We use regression models and elasticity coefficient models to predict development trends and throughput.Finally,the paper formulate the development path for the sea-river joint transportation business of A Port Group Co.,Ltd.,and propose development goals,principles,and content of the path,and provide countermeasures to ensure the implementation of the path.The research of this paper can provide reference for domestic development of Sea-river joint transportation,which will help coastal ports to develop Sea-river joint transportation business well and quickly,and effectively improve management efficiency.
