Bi-directional film stretching machine integrates computer,automatic control and precision measurement technology,which can stretch different kinds of test materials into film in both directions under appropriate temperature conditions by pre-setting the stretching ratio,and obtain the optimal production process parameters according to the experimental results to achieve the purpose of reducing the trial cost,and the development of the product is of great significance to the development of new products in the field of high-end film.At present,the design and development of film stretching machine has developed from the traditional one-sided emphasis on function to the direction of humanized design that coordinates function and form,performance and aesthetics,which must not only meet the user requirements in terms of function and structure,but also need to make the product appearance and shape design meet the aesthetic requirements of the times.The main research of this paper is as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of the overall process parameters and structure of the bidirectional film stretching machine,a three-dimensional solid model is established,and a modal analysis of the clamping block,a key component of the clamping mechanism,is carried out,and the smoothness of the clamping mechanism is ensured through the analysis of the inherent frequency and vibration pattern.(2)A fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm is proposed,and the superiority of the algorithm of the thesis is demonstrated through the simulation comparison with the traditional PID control algorithm in temperature control time and stabilization time.Based on this,a model of temperature control system in the stretching chamber of the film stretching machine is established to realize accurate temperature control.(3)In-depth analysis of the styling design elements of the film stretching machine,exploring the relationship between the structure,function,color,environment and styling of the product,and applying these industrial design concepts to the styling design of the film stretching machine,providing a theoretical basis for the subsequent design of industrial fusion art products.(4)Summarized the film stretching machine modeling design features method,used Inventor software to build a 3D model based on the sketch,and rendered the digital model using Keyshot software.By evaluating and analyzing the rendering results,the overall design update iteration direction is obtained,which provides a reference for designing a more competitive product that meets the user’s psychology.
