| In the whole logistics activity,the link of distribution is directly connected with consumers,and the distribution cost occupies a large proportion in the overall logistics expenses.Therefore,how to reduce the distribution cost is one of the problems that enterprise managers pay attention to.This paper mainly studies how to reduce transportation costs by optimizing distribution network.The operation quality of distribution center is closely related to customer experience.Its good quality operation capability will greatly improve customer satisfaction and bring considerable economic benefits to the enterprise.For the needs of multiple customers,reasonable planning of the distribution route is particularly important,it can not only affect the efficiency of distribution,but also affect the overall operation effect,thus affecting the overall economic benefits.In order to improve the efficiency and service quality of the distribution center,it is necessary to take scientific and effective measures to optimize the vehicle routing with time window.F distribution center focuses on the warehousing and distribution of small auto parts,aiming to meet customer needs in a fast and efficient way.The decision-making efficiency of F distribution center is low,the distribution cost is high,and the route planning is not perfect.Therefore,in order to improve the economic benefits of the enterprise,enhance customer satisfaction,and enhance the market competitiveness,it is necessary to take effective measures to solve these problems.Firstly,through literature analysis,we deeply discuss the research on vehicle routing at home and abroad,and summarize it into a series of valuable views and suggestions.After systematic study,we found that the vehicle routing problem of F distribution center can be effectively realized by ant colony algorithm,which has high accuracy and reliability,can effectively improve road conditions,and has a wide range of applications.Secondly,after in-depth investigation and analysis,we found that there were many problems in the vehicle routing of F distribution center,including low decision-making efficiency,failure to meet the time window requirements of each customer point,high operating cost and low vehicle utilization rate.Finally,through research,we established the vehicle routing optimization model of F distribution center,and adopted ant colony algorithm for simulation solution,and obtained a set of optimized routing scheme.Compared with traditional manual decision-making,this scheme can not only effectively improve the decision-making efficiency,but also reduce the distribution cost,improve the vehicle utilization rate,and meet the time window of each customer point.However,the experimental results show that the ant colony algorithm falls into the local optimal solution twice in the search process,and there are many local cross paths in the vehicle traveling route,which indicates that there is still room for further optimization of vehicle routing decision.Through in-depth study,it is found that effective measures,such as improving ant state transfer rules,improving pheromone updating rules,and setting local search algorithm to improve and optimize the basic ant colony algorithm,can significantly improve the decision-making efficiency of ant colony algorithm,reduce the distribution cost,and help optimize the distribution route layout of vehicles. |
