In recent years,with the development of emulation technique and sensor technique,and industrial equipment becoming more and more complex and expensive,the cost of designing,developing,testing,operating and maintaining take much more than before.Due to this condition,digital twin gains more and more attention and applying.As the key unit of an airplane,it is very useful and has important implication to build a digital twin for aero engine to monitoring the operation of the aero engine and to predicting the fault.This thesis uses a DLE60 two-cylinder,two-stroke engine as an object,and builds the mathematical model of the engine,then we selected the data we would like to measure and designed a test bed according to the mathematical model.This test bed we designed can be developed into a refit unit for an aero engine to build its digital twin.Meanwhile,this thesis discussed the noise-filter algorithm for the selected data from the test bed and the method of building a digital twin with the data selected by the test bed.This thesis build the mean value model of the two-stroke engine,and then chose the suitable sensor and introduced the working principle of the sensors.Then the thesis comparing three noise-filter algorithms.Finally the thesis build the digital twin of the aero engine by multiple values interpolation method,and used a group of data which wasn’t used to interpolation to compare with the result calculated by the interpolation function,testing the accuracy of the digital twin.
