Since the Civil Aviation Administration proposed to build a four-type airport,a safe,green,intelligent and humanity airport has become the new direction of airport construction in the new era.Under the requirements of four-type airports,smart airports,as the technical support for airport construction,cover many fields such as cloud computing,data sharing,information exchange,equipment intelligence,and so on.Self-service facilities and equipment,as the objects directly contacted by airport passengers during travel,whether their functions are intelligent and convenient,and whether the operation process is clear will have a crucial impact on airport service level and passenger satisfaction.In order to explore the impact of self-service and security check process layout on passenger travel,this article first summarizes the basic form of domestic passenger departure process,self-service facilities and equipment in the departure process,and departure layout of different types of terminal buildings.Secondly,taking the domestic passenger departure process of Tianfu Airport and the satellite hall type terminal building as research objects,a domestic passenger departure service process model based on social force model and a satellite hall type terminal building model with different layout positions of security inspection process were built using the Anylogic simulation tool.Finally,use the constructed model for simulation and result analysis.(1)An environment model,intelligent agent model,and service process model for L4 floor of Terminal T2 of Tianfu Airport were constructed using Anylogic simulation software.Based on the passenger throughput of Tianfu Airport in 2022,the peak hour passenger flow of domestic departing passengers was calculated.The passenger traffic conditions of self-service,mixed service,and manual service under peak hour passenger flow were simulated separately.The results showed that self-service,due to its advantages such as convenient operation and simple process,can reduce the maximum number of queues,average waiting time,and average travel time in passenger traffic,and overall improve passenger traffic efficiency.(2)Taking the satellite hall terminal as the research object,a satellite hall terminal model was constructed which is connected through the automated people mover system.The impact of security checks set up in the terminal or satellite hall on passenger service was analyzed,and the differences between the two schemes were compared.The results show that,compared with the security check inside the terminal,the security check process inside the satellite can reduce the overall passing time of passengers to a certain extent and improve the passing efficiency of passengers.The reason is that the security check passengers inside the satellite hall will be affected by the departure frequency of APM.The law of passenger arrival is intermittent centralized arrival,and passengers will undergo centralized security checks in a short time after the arrival of the APM,resulting in the security process serving more passengers at the same time.However,in terms of the number of queues,due to the concentrated arrival of passengers in the satellite hall,the number of queues in the security inspection process will significantly increase.
