| The rapid development of China’s economy is accompanied by the deterioration of energy resources utilization and environmental quality.To fundamentally solve these problems,it is necessary to combine energy,economy and environment for coordination and optimization.Henan Province is a large energy province with large economic volume in China,but there are a series of problems such as insufficient production of energy resources,low efficiency of energy utilization,and high proportion of coal in energy consumption structure."During the 13 th Five-Year Plan period,Henan Province has made good achievements in energy development,but the indicators still lag behind the national average level,and the task of energy saving and consumption reduction is still arduous.In order to promote the construction of socialist modernization and sustainable development,Henan Province must pay attention to energy issues and accelerate the construction of a clean,low-carbon,safe and efficient modern energy system,which is of great significance to improve the dual control of energy and support the comprehensive green transformation of economic and social development.This paper firstly analyzes the energy consumption characteristics of Henan Province from different perspectives,collects and analyzes the total energy production and consumption,energy consumption intensity,per capita energy consumption,energy consumption structure development and problems during 1999-2021 in Henan Province.Then from the energy consumption intensity,correlate it with economy and environment,analyze the correlation and impact effect between the three.After that,spatial factors are added to establish a spatial Durbin model,and other influencing factors are introduced to study the impact on energy consumption intensity in the prefecture-level cities of Henan Province and the surrounding areas.Finally,a multiobjective optimization model of energy consumption structure in Henan Province is constructed,and the energy consumption structure of Henan Province in 2030 is predicted scientifically and reasonably by combining the objectives of energy conservation and emission reduction as well as energy consumption intensity reduction in Henan Province,and the allocation path of energy resources in Henan Province is studied from the consumption share of four types of energy.The study found that:(1)Henan Province’s energy consumption per capita,energy use efficiency and coal consumption ratio are all behind the national average.(2)The energy consumption intensity of Henan Province decreases year by year,with obvious differences among cities,showing the characteristics of low in the central part and high in the north,but the reduction of energy consumption intensity in the northern cities is higher than other cities in the last ten years.(3)When energy consumption intensity decreases in each prefecture-level city in Henan Province,it will improve environmental quality,but it will cause fluctuations in economic development.And economic growth can effectively promote the reduction of energy consumption intensity.It will lead to a certain degree of environmental quality decline.(4)Foreign direct investment,the share of scientific and technological personnel and R&D investment will not reduce energy consumption intensity in the short term,but will help reduce energy consumption intensity in the long term.And the value added ratio of secondary industry and urbanization level will increase energy consumption intensity to a certain extent.(5)The proportion of energy consumption structure in Henan Province is expected to be lower than 50% in 2030.Reducing the proportion of coal can effectively promote the upgrading of energy consumption intensity and also point out the direction for future energy structure optimization. |
