Double eccentric seal butterfly valve is widely used in various fields of the national economy,the rational design of its eccentric distance is also an urgent problem to be solved in various fields.When the design is not reasonable,butterfly valve interference and torque is larger,light is blocked,valve structure damage,resulting in economic consumption.Serious medium leakage,resulting in serious production accidents.In addition,the selection of too large driving device will also cause cost waste.Therefore,the research on eccentric distance of double eccentric butterfly valve is of great significance to ensure the normal operation of the valve.In this paper,the double eccentric butterfly valve as the carrier,comprehensive use of theoretical calculation,software development,experimental verification and simulation methods,interference,torque,eccentricity optimization and improvement of the seal pressure,the specific research content includes:(1)According to geometry,a three-dimensional mathematical model of the sealing structure of the double eccentric butterfly valve conical surface is established,and the formula of the opening and closing performance interfer ence Angle is obtained through the opening and closing characteristics of the valve,and the relationship between the interference Angle of the sealing point and the eccentric distance is discussed.The force of double eccentric butterfly valve is analyzed,the formula of sealing moment and the calculation method of total valve stem moment are studied,and the relationship between sealing moment and eccentric distance is explored.It provides an important basis for optimizing eccentric structure.(2)The optimization model of eccentric structure of double eccentric butterfly valve was established,the interference region and non-interference region were divided,and the calculation method of radial eccentricity was proposed to optimize the eccentric structure,so as to achieve the purpose of non-interference and reduce the output torque.(3)Based on Visual Studio2019 platform and C#.NET as the frame,the structure optimization design software of double eccentric butterfly valve is developed.The software can determine whether there is interference with the valve seat by iteratively calculating the opening and closing interference Angle of each point on the sealing surface,and visually display the interference position of the sealing pair.The software can solve the optimal eccentricity,friction moment of sealing surface and total torque of valve stem.(4)In order to ensure the practicability of the software,the method combining3 D modeling and experiment is used to verify the solution results of the softwa re,and ensure the correctness of the calculation results of the interference and driving torque.(5)With the help of theoretical analysis and finite element software,the specific pressure of sealing surface was simulated.Polynomial fitting curve was us ed to describe the specific pressure distribution of sealing torus in the circumferential direction,so as to explore the specific pressure distribution law of sealing torus.And the over closing situation of double eccentric butterfly valve is analyzed,a nd the relation between the over closing Angle of the sealing point and the compression amount and the rotation displacement is deduced,so as to ensure reliable sealing and avoid the sealing ring spinning out of the sealing surface area of the valve seat,resulting in leakage.
