| With the continuous and steady growth of China’s economic construction,the demand for water resource is increasing gr adually,and the uneven distribution of time and space of water resource in part can’t satisfy the supply of water resource completely.In order to solve the problem of water supply in part,many pump station water transfer projects have been built.In the process of water transfer in the cascade pump station project,there are some problems such as unscientific unit start-stop decision,low operation efficiency,increasing energy consumption and inconvenient dispatching management.This thesis aims at the optimization scheduling problem of this cascade pump station,and combined with the improved grey Wolf optimization algorithm,carries out a series of studies.Firstly,the operation of the cascade pump station is analyzed from the perspective of the whole system,the operation scheduling theory and optimization idea are clarified,the operation mode and characteristics of the cascade pump station are analyzed,the basic operation mathematical model is established and the constraint conditions are determined to provide theoretical support for the optimization of the cascade pump station.Then,based on the characteristics of the mathematical model of the cascade pump station and the design idea of the optimization algorithm,the grey Wolf optimization algorithm is selected to be applied to the optimal scheduling of the cascade pump station.The optimization model and iterative optimization process of grey Wolf optimization algorithm are analyzed,and it is found that there are defects in solving the mathematical model of optimization scheduling of cascade pump station to avoid premature and fall into local optimal.Aiming at the defects of this optimization algorithm,an improved grey Wolf optimization algorithm is proposed,and an improved position updating mechanism and a weight positioning mechanism are designed in the improved grey Wolf optimization algorithm.The CEC2021 benchmark test set was used for testing,and compared with particle swarm optimization algorithm,genetic algorithm and Grey Wolf optimization algorithm,the results show that the improved grey Wolf optimization algorithm has better convergence speed,global convergence ability and robustness than other algorithms,and can be better applied to the optimization scheduling process of ca scade pump station.Combined with a domestic cascade pump station project,a mathematical model of energy consumption optimization and daily optimization based on time-of-use electricity price is established by comprehensively considering the factors affec ting the operation of the cascade pump station.Under the optimization objectives of the lowest energy consumption and the lowest operating cost,the improved grey Wolf optimization algorithm is used to optimize and solve the switch combination,flow size and head level of the unit.The optimized operation scheme can reduce energy consumption by4.5% and operation cost by 4.5% at most.The results show that the optimized operation scheme based on the improved Grey Wolf optimization algorithm can effectively reduce energy consumption and operation cost.Finally,with the optimization and scheduling mathematical model of the cascade pump station and the improved Gray Wolf Optimization algorithm as the core support,Matlab is used as the programming tool to des ign and develop the optimization system of the cascade pump station with friendly graphical user interface,easy to use and efficient and stable,which provides convenience for the optimization and scheduling management of the cascade pump station and prom otes the realization of intelligent operation of the cascade pump station. |
