The subway is an important part of urban rail transportation,and the noise environment on the subway platform has an important impact on the physical and mental health of traveling passengers.At present,most of the studies on subway platform noise are based on objective physical parameter detection and noise reduction solutions,but passengers are the main subjects of subway travel use,so it is necessary to conduct subjective analysis and evaluation of subway platform noise with human subjects,and to conduct passenger satisfaction studies on sound environment noise.Therefore,this paper carries out a study on the satisfaction evaluation of the sound environment noise of urban subway platforms in order to provide reference for the design of a more scientific platform space structure.Firstly,this paper reviews the existing studies on the sound environment of urban subway platforms,and based on the findings of domestic and international studies,determines the research content--taking the platform sound environment of Zi Lu Station,Gao Wang Station and Hefei South Station(underground side type,underground island type and underground double island type)of Hefei Subway Line1 as the research object,and then conducts an exploratory study of typical subway platforms in Chinese cities was conducted through field tests and subjective questionnaires.Secondly,the noise environment of the underground side,underground island and underground double-island structure platforms was measured using sound level meters and other acoustic measurement instruments,and the measurement data of equivalent continuous A sound level,maximum sound pressure level,minimum sound pressure level,background noise,average noise and average peak noise were obtained and analyzed to further explore the distribution characteristics and noise environment characteristics of the platforms.The results of the study show that the sound environment of the subway platform with underground side structure is better than that of the platform with underground island and underground double island structure.In addition,when the number of passengers in the platform is small,the subway platform announcement cue is the main factor affecting the periodic changes of the platform noise environment;when the number of passengers in the platform increases,it masks the noise environment of the platform itself,thus weakening the contribution of the subway platform announcement cue to the noise environment of the platform.Finally,by designing a scientific and effective subjective evaluation questionnaire for the sound environment of subway platforms,the results of the comfort evaluation of the nine types of sound elements in the passenger platforms and the satisfaction evaluation of the sound environment noise of the platforms were statistically analyzed.Through Friedman’s test,the results show that there is no significant difference in the subjective evaluation of subway platform sound environment noise among passengers of different age groups.By using principal component analysis to build evaluation models for passengers of different genders and noise sensitivity,the results showed that there was no significant difference in the subjective evaluations of passengers of different genders,but there was a significant difference in the evaluations of passengers of different noise sensitivities.Using the Spearman correlation analysis,the results showed that subway platform announcement prompts,subway staff whistle blowing,train incoming and train outgoing sounds were the main noise sources affecting passengers’ subjective evaluation of platform sound environment noise satisfaction during the peak hours.The relationship between the subjective evaluation of platform sound environment noise satisfaction and platform noise was analyzed by one-dimensional linear regression,and the results showed that within the acceptable noise range,the passenger satisfaction threshold for platform noise was 74 dB(A)during peak hours and 67 dB(A)during off-peak hours.The higher the noise value,the lower the satisfaction level.
