Intelligent Distribution Grid Management System is an integrated management platform integrating scheduling,control and distribution.It applies advanced intelligent technology,communication technology,control technology,visualization technology,etc.,and presents the functions of real-time monitoring and supervising,load forecasting,dispatching control,fault analysis and processing,data acquisition and management of Distribution Grid completely.Improve the quality and security of whole system operation.Among them,load forecasting and dispatching control have extremely important practical significance to the planning,design and economic operation of the whole Distribution Grid.Therefore,this paper focuses on the research from these two aspects.The details are follows:(1)The Distribution Grid model required by the research and design of this paper is built,and the main units of photovoltaic power station,wind turbine,gas turbine and energy storage system are modeled and analyzed.Secondly,the structure,characteristics and main functions of the Intelligent Distribution Grid Management System are described,which provides theoretical support for the software design.(2)The load prediction of the Distribution Grid model is carried out.Aiming at the problem of large prediction error in the current load forecasting models using more LSTM,this paper proposes an ATT-LSTM model with introduces feature and temporal attention mechanism.The collected load data is predicted by using the LSTM model and the ATT-LSTM model respectively.The prediction performance of the two models is compared and analyzed.The ATT-LSTM model has a higher degree of fitting and more accurate prediction performance.(3)This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the Grey Wolf Optimization algorithm,which is often used in the current research on the economic operation of Distribution Grid.The Grey Wolf Optimization algorithm has the advantages of simple structure,easy to implement,and the convergence factor of the algorithm can be adjusted adaptively,but there are some problems such as slow convergence and easy to fall into the local optimal.In this paper,the Grey Wolf Optimization algorithm is improved by using the adaptive framework,combining with the control parameter nonlinear strategy,the local optimal judgment strategy and Gaussian Levy update strategy.The total operating cost of Distribution Grid is taken as the optimization index,and the improved Grey Wolf Optimization algorithm is used to solve the economic dispatching model of Distribution Grid.Compared with the traditional Grey Wolf Optimization algorithm,the results show that the improved Grey Wolf Optimization algorithm has faster convergence speed and better economy.(4)On the basis of the above content,the software design of the Intelligent Distribution Grid Management System is carried out.Aiming at the problems of real-time monitoring and visualization of the Management System,the main interface,load analysis interface,scheduling control interface,data management interface,report management interface and user management interface of the Intelligent Distribution Grid Management System are designed through the analysis and research of the hardware and software structure of the Management System.
