Gypsum is a widely used industrial and construction material,China’s gypsum board manufacturing industry is developing fast and has great development potential,but there are also many problems in the development of the gypsum board manufacturing industry: the overall informationization and digitalization level of the industry is low and has significantly lagged behind the pace of the times;gypsum board manufacturing enterprises are gradually developing towards grouping and scaling,but due to the lack of collaborative management ability,grouping enterprises However,due to the lack of collaborative management ability,group enterprises often face the problem of uneven development internally,and some group members face the problem of overcapacity while others will face the problem of undercapacity;when facing urgent order insertion,due to the lack of management ability,gypsum board manufacturing enterprises often lack effective response,resulting in delivery delays,order scheduling chaos and other problems,which cause serious losses to enterprises.To address these problems,this paper is oriented to a gypsum board manufacturing group company in Shandong Province to study the problem of order allocation and rescheduling for collaborative production of multiple production bases,and the research is as follows:(1)Analyzes the operation and production business model of the gypsum board manufacturing industry and the main problems it faces,analyzes the application scenarios of gypsum board manufacturing enterprises for order allocation in the context of conglomeration,clarifies the design difficulties,gives the design objectives of the multi-production base collaborative control platform,and analyzes and designs the components of the platform.(2)For the order allocation problem of gypsum board manufacturing enterprises in the context of conglomeration,firstly,a model of multi-production base collaborative production order allocation problem is established considering the optimization objectives of overall revenue,individual revenue balance and delivery time;secondly,a multi-objective and multi-constraint problem optimization solution algorithm based on NSGA-Ⅱ genetic algorithm is proposed;finally,a gypsum board manufacturing group company in Shandong Province is used to Finally,the algorithm is verified by using the actual order data of a gypsum board production group company in Shandong Province as an example.(3)To study the order allocation rescheduling strategy under the urgent order insertion problem faced by the enterprise,an order allocation rescheduling model under the urgent order insertion is established,and the model is solved based on the improved NSGA-Ⅱ genetic algorithm.(4)In response to the needs of enterprises,a multi-production base collaborative control platform for gypsum group enterprises is designed and implemented,which improves the informationization and digitalization level of gypsum board manufacturing enterprises.The multi-production base collaborative control platform designed in this paper for gypsum group enterprises can solve the problems of order collaborative distribution and urgent order insertion faced by the current gypsum board manufacturing industry,and the platform has been deployed and used in a gypsum manufacturing group company in Shandong,and the application effect has reached the expectation and achieved good feedback,which is of great value to the gypsum board manufacturing industry.
