| With the continuous development of China’s electric power industry,UHV transmission lines and various components have further requirements for the thermal conductivity and mechanical properties of insulating materials.In the past,the epoxy resin composite obtained by toughening epoxy resin with rubber has good mechanical properties,but the decline in thermal properties has gradually become a short board in the application range of materials,so it is urgent to coordinate the performance of epoxy resin in various aspects to improve the reliability of insulating materials under high temperature and pressure.Therefore,based on epoxy resin liquid rubber system,this paper improves the thermal properties of composite materials and improves the electro-thermal comprehensive properties of composite materials.The main research contents are as follows:In this paper,two kinds of nano-fillers,namely nano-boron nitride and nano-alumina,were filled with different contents respectively,and the preparation process of various fillers was adopted to elaborate the changes of the microstructure of epoxy resin nanocomposites,analyze the influence of nano-fillers on the relaxation peak of the composites,and reveal the reasons for the influence of nano-fillers on the electrical properties of the materials.The results showed that the modification of epoxy resin by nano-fillers had a certain upper limit.Specifically,when the nano-fillers reached a certain threshold,the properties of nano-composites reached the optimal value,and different matrix or different material properties would affect the threshold value.When the selected nano-filler is 1%boron nitride,the thermal properties of the nano-composites are greatly improved,and the volume resistivity of the materials is increased,the relative dielectric constant is reduced,and the thermal stability of the materials is improved at high temperatures.At the same time,it is also found that nano-composites modified with different nano-fillers,the changing trend of material paramerers is the same at high temperature,and the electro-thermal properties of nano-composites do not increase with the increase of nano-fillers content.In the end,the comprehensive properties of seven groups of epoxy resin nanocomposites modified by two fillers were compared,and the mechanism of improving the comprehensive electro-thermal properties of epoxy ressin nanocomposites was studied.The area size of the radar map was used to reflect the comprehensive electro-thermal properties of the materials.In conclusion,1%nano-boron nitride and liquid rubber cooperate to enhance the epoxy resin in the case of uniform dispersion can effectively improve the electrothermal comprehensive properties of epoxy resin nanocomposites.The conclusions obtained in this paper are of great significance to supplement and extend the relevant experimental results,and can provide reference for the collaborative upgrading and improvement of materials. |
