With the constant decline of fossil energy and increasingly serious environmental pollution,the traditional economic dispatch of power system can no longer meet the needs of the society,and the environmental economic dispatch with wind,water and other energy sources mainly electric vehicles in the grid will gradually become another new research direction in the field of optimal dispatch of power system.Although environment-friendly renewable energy and new energy with electric vehicles with little pollution have great advantages in optimizing the energy structure of power system,up to now,China is still in the form of energy structure with coal as the main source and other resources as the supplement.Therefore,at this stage,in the face of rising coal prices and environmental pollution,it is very important to carry out energy efficient and carbon dioxide reduction in the established power generation system.In this research context,this paper will focus on the economic dispatch of power system with environmental economic dispatch as the main research content,which is summarized as follows:(1)A single-objective economic dispatch optimality mode is established based on the stable and security grid performance,which takes the economic cost in system operation as the objective and integrates the constraints such as transmission loses and power outputs limits.To resolve the model,the stochastic black hole strategy and gaussian mutation based on the standard bat algorithm are improved and applied to different static power dispatch systems for optimal solution,verifying the accuracy of the model and the viability of the proposed method for reducing the economic cost.(2)In accordance with the government regulation on carbon credits,the economic cost is reduced while the pollution emission is minimized.Based on the above research,a multiobjective dynamic economic dispatch model is constructed,which takes economic cost and environmental emissions as the objectives and integrates constraints such as transmission loses and ramp rate limits.To solve the model,the standard grasshopper algorithm is improved based on dynamic opposite learning and local search strategy.The results show that the proposed multi-objective dynamic economic dispatch model is effective,and the improved grasshopper algorithm has better solution performance than other conventional algorithms.
