The "Highway" 14 th Five-Year "development Plan" clearly put forward,vigorously promote the efficient recycling of waste pavement materials,improve the efficiency of resource utilization.At present,Chinese highway construction has been in the stage of construction and maintenance,maintenance cost and waste mixed materials accumulation problem,the asphalt pavement regeneration technology is the effective method to solve these problems,and the regeneration agent is the key of road pavement regeneration.The asphalt regenerant prepared by using waste vegetable oil and rare earth compound can effectively improve the comprehensive properties of reclaimed asphalt and utilize waste mixture efficiently.Therefore,it has important theoretical and practical value for the development and application of this kind of regenerant.In view of this,this paper carried out the research on the key technologies of waste vegetable oil/rare earth compound regenerating agent.Firstly,by exploring the influence of core component content and studying the key process of preparation,the internal relationship between microstructure and macro properties of reclaimed asphalt was established.At the same time,focus on the permeability of regenerating agent,using the difference between softening point and needle penetration degree,aging asphalt dissolution rate and other tests,explore the key technologies to improve permeability.Then,through infrared spectrum and dynamic rheological index changes,the effect and mechanism of regenerated asphalt resistance to secondary aging were explored.Finally,the regenerated agent was applied in practice,and the application effect of reclaimed asphalt mixture in practical engineering was discussed.The results show that when the regenerant accounts for 9.6% of the asphalt mass,the physical properties of the regenerated asphalt reach the best,the peak area of the carbonyl group and sulfone group is reduced by 3.81% and 18.62%,respectively,and the thermal stability is significantly improved under the influence of rare earth compounds.When the amount of penetration agent is 0.8%,the surface tension of asphalt is effectively reduced,the softening point difference is reduced,the needle penetration degree difference is increased,and the dissolution rate of aging asphalt is increased by 33.82%.In the secondary aging process,the rare earth compound cerium oxide can slow down the increase of the intensity of the carbonyl and sulfoxide absorption peaks in the aging process of asphalt,and delay the aging process of asphalt.The secondary aging degree of reclaimed asphalt is significantly lower than that of the aging asphalt,and the resistance to secondary aging is better.Finally,when recycled asphalt is applied to the mixture,the residual stability increases by 3%,the splitting strength increases by 1.27%,the dynamic stability decreases by 6.40%,and the pavement performance of the mixture is significantly improved.It can be seen that the regeneration agent will have a good application prospect in the field of pavement regeneration.
