Due to the water-sensitive,wet-set and power-sensitive nature of loess, coupled with the structural loess in the water-stress interaction, resulting in the frequent occurrence of induced loess engineering accidents and geological disasters. This paper intends to conduct a detailed indoor experimental study on the relationship between the permeability deformation and disintegration characteristics of remodeled loess under long-term vibration load and compaction, vertical pressure, vibration frequency, amplitude and holding time to analyze the permeability characteristics, deformation characteristics and disintegration characteristics of remodeled loess under vibration. The main work and research results are described below:(1)Soil column water permeability tests with different vibration frequencies and amplitudes on remodeled loess with different compaction levels, the effects of compaction, vibration frequency and amplitude on the seepage characteristics of remodeled loess were studied; The laws of compaction, vibration frequency and amplitude on the evolution process of permeability peak surface, seepage volume and permeability rate, volumetric water content and suction force with time were revealed; The mechanism of promoting permeability of soil water by long-term vibration was analyzed, and it was obtained that the increase of compaction has an inhibitory effect on the infiltration of water in soil, while the enhancement of vibration effect has a significant promotion effect on it.(2)The effect of vertical pressure, vibration amplitude and frequency on the permeability and deformation characteristics of remodeled loess was investigated based on the permeability test of soil column ponding water by the coupling effect of vertical pressure and vibration; The vertical pressure was found to have a sensitive effect on the percolation and water-holding characteristics of the remodeled loess; The relationship curves between vertical deformation under vibration and time, vibration amplitude and frequency, suction force and saturation and permeability coefficient were established, and it was found that the evolution of soil-water characteristics and the change of permeability coefficient in the process of permeability deformation of remodeled loess have obvious stages;Revealed the influence laws of the three on the vertical deformation,soil-water characteristics and permeability coefficient of the remodeled loess; The mechanism of the long-term vibration effect on the settlement and deformation of soil was analyzed, and the increase of vertical pressure and the enhancement of vibration effect both have a prosettlement effect on the deformation of soil.(3)The effects of vibration holding time, amplitude and frequency on the disintegration characteristics of remodeled loess were investigated using a self-developed vibratory disintegrator.By real-time monitoring of the disintegration pattern and specimen quality in the process of soil disintegration, the relationship curve between specimen quality and time was established, and it was found that the disintegration process and disintegration phenomenon of soil samples have obvious stages, and all three have influence on each stage; The influence law of the three on the disintegration form and disintegration amount of soil was revealed, and the damage mechanism of vibration action on soil disintegration was analyzed qualitatively, and it was obtained that the enhancement of vibration action has a pro-collapse effect on the submerged soil body.In summary, this paper investigates the percolation, deformation and disintegration characteristics of remodeled loess under different compaction, vertical pressure and vibration characteristics through indoor soil column ponding water permeability test and disintegration test, and provides theoretical basis for solving the permeability, deformation and disintegration problems of loess in practical engineering.
