| The economic take-off has brought about the explosive development of people’s livelihood buildings.On the one hand,the development of the construction industry has driven the national economy and improved people’s livelihood.On the other hand,the increment of new buildings and the stock of existing buildings have put great pressure on the detection and appraisal of building structures.Traditional structure detection and appraisal work has the disadvantages of paper-based and discrete data storage,low efficiency of manual statistics and calculation.BIM(Building Information Modeling)technology has the characteristics of visualization,coordination,simulation,correlation,parameterization and so on,which can effectively make up for the shortcomings of traditional work.Using BIM technology and exploring the application of BIM technology in information management of structural inspection and identification has great practical and economic value.However,the current research and application of BIM technology are mostly aimed at the overall design stage and construction stage of the building life cycle,while the research and application in operation management stage,especially in the maintenance and transformation stage,are relatively lagging behind.In order to improve the informatization level of structure detection and appraisal work,this paper develops corresponding programs and applies BIM Technology to the detection of cavity area of concrete rock-fill dam and the inspection and identification of concrete structure construction quality,so as to promote the informatization management of building engineering.The main research works completed in this paper are as follow:(1)The development status of BIM technology at home and abroad and the research status of BIM technology in structural detection and identification are introduced to clarify the nature and direction of program development.(2)This paper focuses on the characteristics of BIM Technology and the application differences of BIM series software,and summarizes the main applications of BIM Technology in different stages of the whole life cycle of buildings.Selecting Revit as the development platform,this paper systematically explains the development scheme,tools required for development and the basic knowledge of a complete set of development process,so as to provide technical development support for the application of BIM technology in the information management of structural inspection and identification.(3)This paper expounds the reason,purpose,content and process of traditional structure detection and identification,summarizes the shortcomings of the current work,and analyzes the application development needs for the deficiencies.The interaction between Revit and SQL Server database,MATLAB invocation of Revit platform,data and information integration technology,lightweight display technology of building model based on Web GL and other technical support are proposed,which can effectively meet the needs of improving the work and verify the feasibility of the integration management of BIM technology and structural inspection and identification.(4)This paper studies the application of BIM technology in hydraulic engineering.The Baiyun rock-fill dam is non-destructively detected by GPR(Ground Penetrating Radar),and the program of image display and volume calculation of cavity area is written by C# language to realize three-dimensional expression and calculation of volume information.The function expression of calculating volume of cavity area beneath concrete slab with 900 MHz ground penetrating radar is fitted.The calculation model is proven to has high precision after filed measurement,which provides quantitative basis for solving the problem of void disease of rock-fill dam and improves the information management level of dam maintenance,reinforcement and treatment.(5)This paper studies the application of BIM technology in inspection and identification of concrete structure construction quality,and develops a series of application plug-ins,including the quoting function of inspection and appraisal standards,the assignment function of component numbers,the random sampling function of inspection components,the automatic evaluation function of the detection of structural entity position and dimensional deviation,the installation detection of steel bars and the detection of concrete compressive strength by rebound method,the extended storage and export function of inspection and appraisal information,etc.And the building model is reconstructed on the web side to realize display and interaction.The practical examples prove that the series of application plug-ins are accurate in calculation,simple and efficient in operation,and have strong engineering practical value,which broadens the application scope of BIM technology in the stage of building operation and maintenance. |
