| The current informatization level in the field of building engineering is low,and it is difficult to visually show the construction process of building products by twodimensional construction technology information expression.The existing building information modeling software(BIM)also has various defects in solving quality control and management problems.Therefore,this paper combines the threedimensional technology(Model Based Definition,MBD)of manufacturing industry with the construction process,and based on BIM technology and ontology theory,combined with the relevant requirements of construction quality,deeply applies MBD technology to explore the related methods of digital construction process expression.The main research work is as follows:Firstly,combined with the ideas and principles of MBD technology and construction process expression,the MBD construction process model,construction process design model and construction process information model involved in construction process expression are defined,and a three-dimensional digital construction process expression scheme based on MBD is proposed.Secondly,on the basis of decomposition structure theory and information coding principle,the decomposition and classification coding method of construction process design model is constructed,the path of construction process design model creation under BIM environment is formed,and the construction process design model management system is developed to manage and reuse model data.Thirdly,based on the concept and method of ontology theory and the constraints and correlation of construction technology information model,the structured creation and documented output method of construction technology information ontology model is proposed.SWRL(Semantic Web Rule Language)inference rules and SQWRL(Semantic Query-enhanced Web Rule Language)query statements are established to mine and query the process information hidden in ontology,so as to realize parameterization,structure and formalization of the construction process information model.Then,through MBD technology,the above-mentioned construction process design model and construction process information model are integrated to form a three-dimensional construction process information expression method under MBD technology environment,and the management and integration of construction process information,key view selection and three-dimensional interactive expression in this method are studied.Finally,based on the construction technology information expression process in different dimensions,the requirements analysis and overall design of MBD threedimensional construction technology information expression system are carried out,the specific business process of the system is determined,and the overall framework and main functional modules of the system are constructed. |
