Interior Space Design Of Fuzhou Qinhuyuan Elderly Apartment

The progress of human civilization and urbanization has led to a significant trend in social development in the 21 st century-population aging.China’s population is also experiencing an increasingly severe tendency toward aging.As the population ages,builders have constructed many elderly apartments nationwide.Furthermore,the interior space design of these apartments has received increasing attention.The graduation project will mainly focus on the following aspects.Firstly,the project investigates Linchuan’s architectural,talent,opera,and folk cultures to extract design symbols that awaken the local emotions of older people and reflects the regional cultural characteristics of Linchuan.Secondly,the project analyzes older people’s physiological and psychological factors to provide theoretical support for the design.The project investigates the living space,public activity space,and auxiliary equipment of the elderly apartment.Humanistic care is integrated into the environmental design of the indoor area to create a perfect living and entertainment space for older people.Finally,the project expounds on the design scheme of the living,activity,and entertainment spaces of Fuzhou Qinheyuan’s elderly apartment.The project adopts a humanized design concept to improve the living quality of Fuzhou City’s elderly apartments.The design focuses on the functional zoning and streamlining of the living space.The aim is to make Qinheyuan elderly apartments the spiritual home and vibrant destination for older people.This graduation project aims to create a living space that reflects the local emotions and memories of the elderly residents.The project intends to enable older people to integrate better into the life of the elderly apartment,facilitating harmonious and comfortable life and communication among them.Moreover,the project aims to create an innovative and humane design.
