At present,the layout scheme of masonry wall mainly depends on the work experience of relevant practitioners.Due to the lack of necessary preliminary planning,problems such as random cutting,arbitrary masonry,uneven mortar joints and poor masonry perception on the construction site emerge in endlessly,resulting in serious waste of materials,funds and labor.Although the masonry wall deepening design software solves the problem of material waste and model batch creation,it cannot directly guide the on-site construction when the layout scheme generated by the software cannot meet the requirements of the masonry specification.The emergence of BIM technology and intelligent optimization algorithm provides the possibility to solve the above problems.Therefore,inspired by the two-dimensional packing problem and the idea of decomposition optimization,this study abstracts mathematical problems from the engineering problems of masonry wall layout,combines BIM technology with intelligent optimization algorithm,and takes three different types of masonry walls,namely straight brick wall,straight block wall and arc block wall,as the research object.Based on the relevant provisions in the Code for Design of Masonry Structure Engineering,Code for Construction of Masonry Structure Engineering and Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Masonry Structure Engineering,At the same time,after referring to the common technical practices in the construction site,the following research is carried out :1.Firstly,a coordinated layout strategy is proposed for straight brick walls,and a ternary orthogonal layout model is developed.Then,the social network search algorithm is used to solve the plane layout results of the straight brick wall.Finally,a parametric model creation method that is based on orthogonal coordination is designed for the straight brick wall to realize the rapid parametric creation of the straight brick wall model and visualize the layout results of the straight brick wall.2.Firstly,the layout strategy of multi-state compliance is proposed for the straight block wall,and a two-dimensional three-zone layout model is developed.Then,the atomic search optimization algorithm is used to solve the vertical layout results of the straight block wall.Finally,a parametric model creation method based on reduceddimensional space geometry is designed for the straight block wall,which realizes the solution of the horizontal layout results of the straight block wall and the rapid parametric creation of the model,and visualizes the layout results of the straight block wall.3.Firstly,a local linear approximation strategy is proposed for strategy is proposed for the arc block wall,and a two-way layout model is developed.Then,the chaotic particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the longitudinal layout results of the curved block wall.Finally,for the design of curved block wall,the parametric model creation method of straight instead of curved is used to realize the solution of the transverse layout result of curved block wall and the rapid parametric creation of the model,and visualize the layout result of curved block wall.By formulating the layout scheme of masonry wall,it can not only ensure that the masonry wall layout results conform to the current masonry code,but also effectively avoid the random cutting and abuse of materials at the construction site,thereby reducing the investment of project costs and promoting the sustainability of construction.The interactive collaboration of Matlab,Excel,Revit and Dynamo software reduces a lot of repetitive work in the process of model creation,effectively improves the efficiency of secondary deepening design of masonry wall,and realizes the integration and development of computer science and civil engineering.
