Research On Urban Tourism Agricultural Park Planning Based On Different Participants’ Motivation

Urban sightseeing agricultural park integrates production,life and ecological functions,which can meet the material and spiritual needs of urban and rural residents.But the current urban tourism agricultural park planning "homogenization" phenomenon is serious,with blindness and randomness,its planning needs to be adjusted and improved.As the direct stakeholders,the motivation and willingness of the participants of urban tourism agricultural parks are of great significance to the planning of urban tourism agricultural parks.Based on this,this thesis takes the urban tourism Agricultural Park of Sanshigang Township of Hefei City as the research object,constructs the motivation index system of the participants of the urban tourism agricultural park combined with AHP,and studies the relevant motivations of different participants(government departments,agricultural enterprises,farmers and tourists)respectively.Based on the weighted comprehensive ranking of 16 motivation evaluation results of 4 types of participants and correlation analysis,suggestions were put forward for the planning strategies of urban tourism agricultural parks from the perspective of participants’ motivation,in order to provide reference for the planning of urban tourism agricultural parks.The main research results are as follows:(1)Different participants have different motivations for participating in urban sightseeing agricultural parks.According to the evaluation results of the motivation of the participants in urban tourism agricultural parks,the influence weights of the four types of participants’ motivation from high to low are: tourists,agricultural enterprises,government departments,farmers;The comprehensive evaluation results of 16 motivation indicators from high to low are: Promote local economy,promote rural construction,increase family income,family picking and buying,improve economic benefits,agricultural landscape activities,improve enterprise reputation,expand market scale,get government support,promote labor employment,cost-effective tourism,leisure and relaxation,cultural knowledge,increase food production,access to agricultural resources and get sales help.(2)The motivations of farmers and tourists were significantly correlated with those of other participants.Government departments and tourists were significantly correlated(0.01level),government departments and farmers were significantly correlated(0.05 level),agricultural enterprises were significantly correlated with both farmers and tourists(0.01level),farmers and tourists were also significantly correlated(0.01 level),and other participants were not significantly correlated.Therefore,Planning should fully mobilize the participation of farmers and tourists.(3)Put forward 16 strategies for urban tourism agricultural park planning from the perspective of participants’ motivation.This thesis summarizes from the level of government departments,agricultural enterprises,farmers and tourists respectively,and combines the current situation of urban tourism agricultural parks to propose planning strategies for urban tourism agricultural parks from the aspects of economy,employment,ecology and tourism,aiming at the specific motives of various participants.Based on the above studies,this thesis selected Area A of Taoxi Farm in Sanshigang Township as an example for planning and design,and on the basis of field investigation of the current situation of the base of Taoxi Farm,in-depth analysis of the motivation of participants in the farm,and detailed planning of the park layout,in order to apply the relevant results of the research strategies into actual projects,and provide reference for the scientific planning of urban tourism agricultural park.
