A Study On The Spatial Characteristics Of Job-housing In Urban New Areas Of Hefei Binhu New Area Based On Mobile Phone Signaling Data

At present,China is constantly carrying out rapid urbanization construction,and a large number of people are shifting from rural to urban areas,resulting in a rapid increase in urban population and continuous expansion of urban scale.Therefore,the construction of new urban areas has become an important means to alleviate urban diseases,ease urban functions and increase urban vitality.With Hefei becoming a new first-tier city,the whole city is in a stage of rapid development,and Hefei Binhu New District has also become an important growth pole of Hefei ’s economic development.At the same time,with the continuous development of the new generation of information technology,the desensitization data with large data volume,wide coverage and high dynamic accuracy can be obtained through the way of mobile phone signaling data,which provides effective support for the research of urban space.Job-housing spatial relationship has long been an important research content of urban spatial structure.Residence and employment are two main activities of residents in daily life,and commuting is the main way to connect residents ’ jobs and residence.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the job-housing spatial characteristics and commuting travel characteristics of Hefei Binhu New Area to improve the job-housing spatial structure of urban new areas.Aiming at the functions and positioning of Hefei Binhu New Area,this thesis attempts to combine ’ big data ’ with ’ small data ’,and initially constructs a quantitative measurement system of ’ multi-level + internal and external coordination ’.Through mobile phone signaling data,Gaode POI data and government public data,using spatial database,Arc GIS spatial technology,statistical modeling analysis and other technologies,this thesis first summarizes the evolution process of job-housing space in Hefei Binhu New Area,and then deeply analyzes the current situation of Hefei Binhu New Area,and studies the land construction characteristics and population distribution pattern of Hefei Binhu New Area.Then,from the regional level,the street level and the grid unit level,the measurement analysis is carried out to explore the spatial differences between the various levels.From the perspective of internal and external coordination,the characteristics of job-housing balance in Hefei Binhu New Area are analyzed by job-housing balance index.The commuting travel characteristics of the working and living population in Hefei Binhu New Area were analyzed by commuting travel indicators.The characteristics of job-housing population flow between Hefei Binhu New Area and Hefei City are analyzed by the index of job-housing area flow.Finally,combined with the actual survey data,the characteristics of commuting distance and commuting time of various types of residents in Hefei Binhu New Area are analyzed.From the perspective of residents ’ population attributes,the influencing factors of job-housing balance are analyzed.The method of multiple linear regression model is used to measure the significance of the influence factors of residents ’ attributes on job-housing balance,and the specific mechanism of influence factors is analyzed.In order to improve the job-housing balance of Hefei Binhu New Area and optimize the job-housing spatial structure of Hefei Binhu New Area,it provides effective suggestions and reference for the construction and planning of urban new areas.The results show that the development of job-housing space in Hefei Binhu New Area has obvious regional differences,and there is a high consistency between the construction of job-housing space and the distribution of population.The job-housing space of Hefei Binhu New Area shows overall balance and local imbalance.Most of the residents ’ commuting distance is within a relatively comfortable range,which is closely related to the job-housing space of Hefei.The main influencing factors of job-housing separation in Hefei Binhu New Area are economic attributes and institutional attributes,while the family attributes of residents have no significant impact on job-housing separation.Therefore,in the construction process of Hefei Binhu New Area,it is necessary to further optimize the layout of job-housing space,improve commuting travel space,and improve the overall level of jobhousing balance.
