| With the development and changes of society,the popularization of culture and education and the constantly changing social structure,it has become a common phenomenon that more and more young women live alone in cities.To some extent,women living alone stay in the city to develop through their own efforts,but at the same time,the lack of emotional needs of women living alone in the city is increasingly serious due to the high workload pressure,complex interpersonal relationship,daily two-point and first-line life,and loneliness of living alone.Among them,loneliness,lack of security,psychological pressure and sense of loss are the most common occurrence in the group living alone,so they pay more and more attention to the emotional experience of products.People’s requirements for product user experience are also constantly improving.The product has changed from the original practical function to user emotional experience,that is,people not only require the product to have basic user function but also require the product to have emotional experience.Therefore,the topic will integrate the emotional needs of urban solo female groups with product design,and explore innovative product design for this group,so as to better serve this group.Firstly,this paper analyzes the basic living characteristics of women living alone to understand the source of users’ emotional needs.Secondly,it sorted out the theoretical research on emotional design,analyzed the existing products for women living alone in cities based on the three levels of emotional design,and discussed the emotional expression of products at different levels.Then,through market research,user interview,questionnaire and other forms to understand and summarize and analyze the emotional needs of urban women living alone on different levels of the product,and Kano model is used to verify the different emotional needs of the elements and prioritize.Then,based on the research results of emotional needs,the design principles of the products for women living alone in urban areas are proposed in terms of instinct,behavior and reflection.Finally,the product design practice is carried out based on the design principles.The product is designed to meet the emotional needs of urban women living alone based on the emotional needs of users,and the feasibility of the product scheme is verified through design evaluation,so as to bring better user experience for urban women living alone.This paper hopes to provide certain theoretical knowledge and design practice reference for the future product design of this group by studying the emotionalization of the products of women living alone in cities,effectively improve the user experience,and at the same time make certain contribution to the improvement of the quality of life and spiritual emotion of this group. |
