At present,China’s cities entering the period of high-quality development have put forward higher requirements for urban ecological environment construction,and citizens have higher demands for human living environment.The single,independent urban public space can no longer meet people’s demands for high quality of life,and there are still many problems in urban ecological safety and ecological quality.Therefore,this paper takes urban greenways as the research object,takes the theory of comprehensive service value evaluation of urban greenways as the guide,uses case study and field research method to analyze and study the cases of domestic and foreign greenways and the current situation of greenway construction in the main city of Chongqing in terms of ecological,social and economic service values,initially constructs the evaluation system of comprehensive service value selection of urban greenways,and proposes a comprehensive service value evaluation based on urban The principles and methods of greenway selection are applied to the planning of greenway selection in Longxing New City,Chongqing.The following results are achieved through theoretical,case and practical research:(1)Theoretical and methodological aspects of comprehensive urban greenway service value evaluation.The research methods of line selection based on urban comprehensive service value evaluation include direct observation method,access point interception survey method,frequency statistics method,questionnaire survey and expert consultation method combined with hierarchical analysis method,etc.The urban greenway comprehensive service value is the service value provided to the urban subject through the performance of its function with the greenway as the object,and its essence is the subjective reflection of the objective need of the urban system for the function of the greenway;its composition includes three major categories of ecological,social and economic service value and six sub-categories such as ecological protection,environmental improvement,residential life,spiritual culture,internal economy and external economic service value.The factors affecting the comprehensive service value of greenway are ecological background,urban green space resources,basic living facilities,recreational resources,historical and cultural resources,internal economy and external economy,etc.(2)Theoretical aspects related to the selection of urban greenways.The basic theories guiding the selection of urban greenways include landscape ecology theory,Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,environmental behavior theory and environmental equity theory.The basic principles for the selection of urban greenways include the principle of ecological protection,humanistic care,feature creation,functional compounding and sustainability;the common methods for the selection of greenways include hierarchical analysis,suitability evaluation,spatial sentence method and minimum cumulative resistance model.(3)Case analysis and investigation of greenway selection.The typical cases of greenway selection at home and abroad and the example of greenway selection in the main city of Chongqing both reflect the consideration of ecological,social and economic service values in the layout of greenway routes,and the same idea of both greenway selections is: in terms of ecological service values,systematic planning according to existing natural landscape conditions is needed to protect the ecological background to the greatest extent;and integration of urban green space resources with good ecological quality,with complete and systematic green space The ecological function of the greenway is to promote the generation and the best use of its various ecological service values.In terms of social service value,it is connected with residential areas,public service facilities and transportation connection facilities as far as possible to enhance its residential life service value with high accessibility and convenience;and it integrates rich recreational resources and historical and cultural resources to promote the greenway to produce various spiritual and cultural service values.In terms of economic service value,the internal economic service value of the greenway is highlighted by the high degree of utilization of the original roads such as urban roads and park road systems and the sharing of service facilities;and it is connected with unique resource points with tourism potential to fully stimulate the external economic service value of the greenway.(4)The evaluation system affecting the selection line of comprehensive service value of urban greenways was constructed.The specific index factors under each factor affecting the comprehensive service value of the greenway were determined,including 19 factors such as slope,the degree of protection of native vegetation of the mountain,and the width of the buffer zone on one side of the water body;meanwhile,the evaluation model was constructed by using hierarchical analysis method,and the weights of different influencing factors and factors were determined by combining with the expert consultation method,so as to construct the evaluation system affecting the selection line of the comprehensive service value of the urban greenway.And from the constructed evaluation system,we can see that the importance of different influencing factors is: basic living facilities factor > urban green space resources factor > ecological background factor > recreation resources factor > historical and cultural resources factor > internal economic factor > external economic factor,reflecting the importance of greenways to meet people’s basic living needs.(5)The principles and methods of greenway selection based on the evaluation of comprehensive urban service value.The principles of greenway selection based on comprehensive urban service value evaluation are summarized as follows: integrated planning,system layout with the objective of giving full play to comprehensive urban service value;ecological priority,building a skeleton based on giving full play to ecological service value;people-oriented,improving route layout with the guidance of giving full play to social service value;boosting the economy,helping the sustainability of greenways by giving full play to economic service value.The operation process and method of route selection is summarized as follows:superimposed analysis of the current situation and planning-related resources to determine the initial selection of the greenway;analysis and evaluation of a single influence factor of the comprehensive service value of the initial selection of the greenway;superimposed analysis and evaluation of multiple influence factors;optimization and adjustment and formation of the final route layout.(6)The practice of greenway selection in Longxing New City,Chongqing.Based on the field research of the core area of Longxing New City and the superimposed analysis of the relevant resources of the superior planning,the preliminary greenway route of "four rings and multiple belts" in the core area was obtained,and the sports image ring and the special tourist ring were taken as examples.Based on the evaluation results,the final route layout with the best comprehensive service value is optimized and adjusted.The feasibility of the greenway route selection based on the evaluation of the comprehensive service value of the city is verified by example.
