Industrial Park Complex Planning Under The Concept Of Office Life Integration Design Strategy Research

The concept of office-life integration represents a human-centric work philosophy that accentuates the equilibrium between work and life for employees.Its objective is to amalgamate work,life,and social activities,fostering a more harmonious,comfortable,and meaningful working environment.Industrial park complexes are cohesive spaces that proficiently consolidate diverse functions,including industry,residential,commercial,and daily life,integrating elements of production,office work,living,and leisure.This thesis predominantly concentrates on the present developmental state of industrial park complexes in China,and the incongruities emerging from the contemporary era’s expansion.It comprehensively investigates the notion,attributes,developmental trajectory,challenges,and tendencies of industrial park complexes,endeavoring to discern the correlation between the office-life integration concept and the planning and design of industrial park complexes.The research scrutinizes planning and design approaches from the vantage points of "production" and "living," with the aim of delivering constructive recommendations for the human habitation environmental design of pertinent industrial park complex construction projects.Furthermore,it provides novel perspectives on the prospective development course and cooperative edification of cities and industrial parks.
