| In the context of new infrastructure construction,the construction of metro projects is an important manifestation of the integration of smart transportation,smart cities,and infrastructure construction.Based on the development of information technology,new development concepts lead metro projects to improve the level of project management informatization and intelligence,thereby achieving the digital and intelligent transformation and upgrading of traditional metro projects.However,compared to general construction projects,metro projects have the characteristics of long construction cycles,complex construction environments,intertwined process flows,and numerous participants,which leads to deviations in the preparation and control of metro project schedule.At the same time,the schedule management process of metro project has also generated a massive amount of schedule data information.The traditional schedule management model has serious shortcomings in organizing,sharing,and utilizing schedule data,making it difficult to fully demonstrate the efficiency of project schedule management.In this context,traditional metro project schedule management models and methods are no longer able to meet the practical data needs of metro projects.It is necessary to further explore the standardization and informationization development path of schedule management to effectively improve the efficiency of metro project schedule management.This article focuses on the research of standard data for metro project schedule management.Firstly,it elaborates on the research background and significance of metro project schedule management,and through a review of research in relevant fields at home and abroad,it understands the current practical problems and research schedule of metro project schedule management.Secondly,a systematic analysis was conducted on the theoretical processes of schedule management and knowledge graph.Through the above analysis and sorting,in-depth research has been conducted on the practice of metro project schedule management.Taking into account the risk factors that affect project schedule,it is proposed to standardize the schedule management process through reverse and forward scheduling and the data standardization of the schedule standard data list,in order to solve the current thorny problems that affect the efficiency of metro project schedule management and further enrich the connotation and logic of metro project schedule management.Next,by refining and summarizing the standardization of the schedule management process through the aforementioned content,the domain and scope of the knowledge graph of metro project schedule management are clearly defined.Furthermore,the construction of the metro project schedule management mode layer is completed through the ontology construction process,achieving standardized and structured expression of the metro project schedule management process,in order to form a standardized schedule management process with a logical hierarchical structure that can guide the practice of metro project schedule management.Then,under the guidance of the knowledge graph pattern layer ontology of metro project schedule management based on the standardization of schedule management process,the classification of schedule standard data is completed by combining the attributes and types of data,and a schedule standard data list that conforms to metro project schedule management practices is constructed,including four types: quota,experience,foundation,and risk,And combine the types of various lists to achieve real-time tracking and control of metro project schedule data,in order to achieve standardized management of schedule data.Finally,the established schedule standard data list will be combined with a construction project case of an underground station in Nanjing Metro to comprehensively analyze the process of schedule preparation and control,and verify the important role of schedule management process standardization and schedule data standardization in schedule management informatization.This article provides a new solution for the standardized management of schedule data,aiming to fill the research gap in the management of metro project schedule data.It analyzes the internal mechanism of schedule preparation and control in schedule management as a whole,and constructs a list of schedule standard data,with the aim of providing important reference value for the future standardization of metro project schedule management and schedule data management. |
