Hydraulic slide valve is an important control component of hydraulic system,which controls the direction and flow of fluid flow through the movement of valve core.Under the high pressure environment,the leakage of annular clearance has always affected the safety and stability of the slide valve.The leakage of small flow will cause the hydraulic system to spill oil and pollute the oil;The leakage of large flow will not only cause energy loss,but also affect the actuator in the system.Therefore,the internal leakage of the hydraulic spool valve needs to be studied in depth,which provides a reference for the design and structure improvement of the hydraulic spool valve,and establishes a foundation for the fault diagnosis research of the spool valve.Aiming at the leakage model of annular clearance of hydraulic slide valve,the failure mechanism of internal leakage of slide valve is analyzed.On the basis of the calculation method of leakage amount of parallel plate clearance,the formula of leakage amount of annular clearance of hydraulic slide valve is deduced.The calculation of clearance leakage amount considering the eccentricity of valve core is carried out,which provides a theoretical basis for simulation research.Based on the derived mathematical model of annular clearance leakage,determine the influencing factors of slide valve flow and leakage,design the leakage orthogonal test,establish the finite element model of the clearance seal flow field according to the orthogonal table and conduct the Fluent simulation,analyze the simulation results using the range analysis method,and obtain the primary and secondary characteristics of the leakage influencing factors,the optimal clearance structure parameter coordination and the influence trend of each factor.Further simulation analysis is focused on the relationship between the seal clearance and the leakage of the slide valve to find its law.According to the simulation results,the structure and size parameters of the spool valve and the valve sleeve are designed,and the parts that match the simulation model are manufactured.The hydraulic test bench is used for test verification.Targeted manufacturing and testing can greatly reduce costs,and compare simulation data with test data to verify the reliability of simulation data and the authenticity of structural parameter optimization.Finally,for the leakage fault of the slide valve,the leakage fault diagnosis scheme is preset to establish the basis for the subsequent health monitoring of the slide valve.
