Fuze piezoelectric generator is a kind of power supply device which uses the vibration energy generated during the flight of projectile to generate electricity.It has the characteristics of simple structure,small size and high power density.It is a new fuze physical power supply with potential development.This paper takes the piezoelectric generator as the research object,aiming at the energy conversion efficiency and energy output mode of the projectile under the rotating environment,focuses on the energy acquisition technology to improve the output power.Based on the requirements of modern fuze for physical power supply,the key problems of the energy acquisition technology of modern fuze piezoelectric power supply are studied,the piezoelectric rotating vibration induced model is designed,and its vibration energy acquisition performance is simulated and analyzed.According to the energy output characteristics of piezoelectric materials in rotating environment,a piezoelectric energy collecting circuit system with low voltage operation mode is designed.By optimizing the parallel inductance synchronous switch circuit,the energy loss in the rectification process is reduced,and the power factor correction function is increased to improve the efficiency of energy acquisition.Considering the system startup or the low voltage input state of the projectile in the bad flight environment,a low voltage working mode is designed for the system to ensure that the system can provide power output for the active devices and loads under the condition of low voltage,and speed up the starting speed of the piezoelectric energy acquisition circuit system to work normally.Based on the design and analysis of the piezoelectric energy acquisition method,the design circuit is simulated,the piezoelectric rotation vibration model is built and the experimental test is carried out.Simulation and experimental results show that the output efficiency of the low voltage energy collection circuit system is significantly improved in the rotating vibration environment,and the energy collection efficiency is 75.9%,which is significantly improved compared with the traditional energy collection circuit.
