| Compared with traditional crushing technology,high voltage pulse discharge crushing technology has the advantages of safety,environmental protection,energy saving and low cost.It is expected to be applied in mining,deep drilling,oil exploration and other fields.High-voltage electrical pulse breaking is a strong coupling of complex physical and chemical processes such as plasma explosion and thermal stress expansion.The main problems include : lack of theoretical support for discharge channel formation mechanism,crack evolution law and fracture process control;high voltage pulse crushing equipment development needs to be improved;the selection of insulating medium and the influence mechanism of crushing need to be further studied.This paper mainly completed the theoretical analysis of high voltage pulse crushing,circuit design of high voltage pulse crushing equipment,mechanical design,industrial application scheme,selection of high voltage pulse crushing insulation medium and simulation analysis of concrete crushing and crack propagation.The main research results are as follows :The high pressure pulse concrete breaking equipment and rock breaking rod are developed,and the charge and discharge circuit is designed and simulated respectively.The mechanical structure of the rock breaking rod is designed,and the discharge of concrete is simulated when water,transformer oil and air are the insulating medium.The formation process of plasma channels,the number of discharge channels,the horizontal and vertical equipotential surface and the corresponding discharge parameters are discussed.The process of high voltage electric pulse crushing is transformed into dynamite crushing concrete by energy equivalent replacement method,and the simulation is carried out by LS-DYNA numerical simulation software,and the stress-strain relationship and crack propagation are studied.Finally,the structure of high pressure pulse crushing concrete equipment is optimized and upgraded. |
