Population aging and the sharing economy model are two important social trends. In the future, the aging society and the sharing economy model will inevitably have a fierce collision, but at present, there aren’t any sharing products suitable for the elderly.According to the daily behavior characteristics and needs of the elderly, sharing travel is regarded as an important entry point to develop the sharing economy.Exploring and developing shared transportation tools suitable for but not limited to the elderly will help optimize the traditional transportation tools for the elderly and promote the comprehensive development of the sharing industry for the elderly.Based on the research of travel problems in the aging society, this paper analyzes and studies the feasibility of incorporating the definition and characteristics of age-appropriate products and the concept of sharing into the design and development of travel tools for the elderly, and concludes that sharing tools play a positive role in improving the travel experience of the elderly. At the same time,it is proposed that improving the age-appropriate property of the product can improve the "insensitivity" of the elderly to the sharing mode and other related strategies.Under the theoretical guidance of user behavior and FBS model, this paper conducts an in-depth study on elderly users’ travel behaviors by means of transportation tools, summarizes their characteristics and pain points to transform their functional needs, builds FBS model on this basis, maps functional modules and structural modules, and takes them as guidance to complete the design practice of age-appropriate travel tools. In the design practice stage, after three rounds of program iteration to determine the shape, function and structure of the product, and further implant the sharing function, get a complete elderly sharing tool design scheme,To enrich the related industry categories and sharing economy mode, improve the elderly travel conditions and optimize the quality of life, show the social level of the elderly travel concern and care. |
