The key resource of modern enterprise’s competitive advantage is human resource.With the increasingly fierce competition among power engineering companies,the labor dispatch mode has become an important measure for power engineering companies to alleviate the problem of "labor shortage" and enhance their competitiveness.However,due to the characteristics of complex employee composition,strong mobility,and low organizational identity of labor dispatch employees of power engineering enterprises,these have brought huge challenges to the management of labor dispatch employees for power engineering enterprises.The high turnover rate of labor dispatch employees in power engineering enterprises not only leads to serious employee turnover,but also increases the operating costs of the enterprise.Therefore,how to improve the organizational identity of the dispatched employees to the enterprise organization and reduce the employee turnover tendency has become an urgent problem to be solved in the process of operation and development of power engineering enterprises.However,in the previous research on the relationship between organizational identity and turnover intention,more focus on the influence and prediction of job-related factors on turnover intention,while the research on the influence of non-work factors on turnover intention is relatively less.Based on this,this paper focuses on the method of literature review,questionnaire survey and empirical analysis,combined with the research literature on the relationship between organizational identity and turnover intention by domestic and foreign scholars and experts,and the characteristics of labor dispatch employees in power engineering companies,taking Z Power Engineering Company as an example,from the perspective of job embeddedness,this paper studies the relationship between organizational identity and turnover intention of the company’s labor dispatch employees.Through the research,this paper draws the following conclusions: First,there is a significant negative correlation between organizational identity,job embeddedness and turnover intention;second,there is a significant positive correlation between organizational identity and job embeddedness;It plays a mediating role in the relationship of turnover intention;fourth,extra-job embeddedness plays a moderating role in the relationship between organizational identity and turnover intention.Through the discussion in this paper,it is expected to have a certain theoretical guidance for the research on the relationship between organizational identity and turnover intention from the perspective of research ideas,and at the same time,power engineering enterprises have a certain practice in improving the management of labor dispatch employees,enhancing the sense of organizational identity,and reducing employee turnover intention.Learn and reference.
