Research On The Rural Landscape From The Perspective Of Differentiation Of Resident And Tourist Perceptions

Since the formal proposal of the rural revitalization strategy in the report of the19 th National Congress of the CPC,rural construction in China has received unprecedented attention.Rural construction activities are becoming increasingly frequent,and the landscape of rural areas is constantly changing.However,how to grasp rural characteristics,maintain rural ecology,promote rural culture,protect rural emotions,and respond to diverse demands of rural areas is still an issue that cannot be ignored in the current process of rural landscape construction.This article relies on the sub project "Research on Rural Plant Landscape Construction and Application Technology"(No.2019YFD1100404)under the national key research and development plan "Research on Key Technologies of Rural Ecological Landscape Construction".Based on the theory of landscape evaluation and landscape perception,an investigation and research is conducted on the rural landscape style in the Changdang Lake area.The specific research content includes: Firstly,classify the villages and rural landscapes in the Changdang Lake Tourist Resort,select typical villages and landscape samples to conduct multiple methods of evaluation and analysis,and based on the evaluation results,sort out the problems existing in the current construction process of the villages in the Changdang Lake region;Secondly,establish a landscape perception model for various groups based on the scoring status of rural landscape samples by different rural groups,and extract the perceptual preference characteristics of various groups from the perception model to discover the similarities and differences in landscape perception among different rural groups,in order to carry out targeted construction of rural landscape;Finally,based on the rural landscape issues identified in the previous step and the perceived preferences of various rural groups,the rural landscape in the Changdang Lake area is optimized and improved.The main research conclusions of this article are as follows:(1)The Villages in Changdang Lake Tourist Resort can be divided into four categories: urban-rural integration village,agglomeration and upgrading village,characteristic protection village,and traditional agriculture village.The rural landscape in this area can be divided into three landscape categories: natural landscape,village landscape,and cultural landscape,as well as terrain and landform,water landscape,plant landscape,architectural landscape,public space,road landscape,production landscape,landscape sketch,historical relics,folk culture 11 landscape subcategories and several landscape elements of rural life.(2)The evaluation results of rural landscapes show that the overall quality of rural landscapes in the Changdang Lake area is good,with characteristics such as open space,rich color composition,and diverse landscape elements.However,there are also problems with insufficient naturalness and relatively single plant species.(3)Among the landscape characteristic factors in the rural areas of Changdang Lake area,the influence of naturalness,rusticity,historical sense,and distinctive sense on the perception of rural landscape is not significant.The spatial sense,hierarchy,color richness,architectural aesthetics,plant aesthetics,plant diversity,richness of landscape elements,cultural sense,cleanliness,coordination,and modernity are significantly correlated with the perception of rural landscape,and two principal component factors can be extracted from it to participate in constructing a rural group landscape perception impact model.(4)Based on the evaluation results of various groups of people on rural landscape and the landscape perception impact model,it can be seen that rural residents and tourists have consistent aesthetic perception on the types of village landscape such as architectural landscape,road landscape,landscape sketch,and have different aesthetic perception on public space,production landscape,natural landscape,and cultural landscape.Specifically,rural residents tend to pay more attention to village landscapes,historical sites,and rural landscape sketches,and cultural connotations,architectural aesthetics,spatial environment coordination,cleanliness,and modernity will have a significant impact on residents’ landscape perception;Rural tourists tend to pay more attention to rural natural landscape,plant landscape and architectural landscape,and the richness of rural landscape color and plant diversity will have an impact on tourists’ perception.(5)There are shortcomings in the optimization of river landscapes,construction of public spaces,and excavation of cultural landscapes in the rural landscape of Changdang Lake area.On the basis of fully considering the perceptual characteristics of various rural groups,targeted optimization and improvement of various rural landscapes can be carried out in accordance with the principles of people-oriented,based on village conditions,local authenticity,regional characteristics,and economic practicality.
