| This article focuses on the corrosion problem of the steel-structure workshop about soda plant,and uses Parallel Strand Bamboo(PSB)instead of steel as the main material to design the workshop.China is rich in bamboo resources,it’s products are developing rapidly.As a new type of biomass material,the PSB has good mechanical properties and conforms to China’s carbon emission policy.However,as structural material,the PSB lacks design specifications and standards.Based on the research results of our group for many years,this paper focus on the structural and truss node design method,construction technology and other issues that need to be solved in the design of long-span PSB truss structure.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Taking the long-span truss workshop of PSB as the research object,and study on it’s applicability in soda plant.Control the corrosion environment from both natural factors and production process factors.Research shows that PSB will have good alkali-resistance if produced by using alkali-resistant phenolic resin as adhesive.Then,through measures to control the corrosive environment,the PSB will have price advantages than steel in the use of soda plants.(2)Based on the research about constitutive relation and calculation method of PSB by our research group,combined with the design theory of wood structure and steel structure,proposed the calculation method of long-span PSB truss structural and joints;The calculation methods include the calculation of elastic tension members,calculation of compression members in different modes,and bending calculation of partial compression members.(3)Combined with the parameters of PSB in Engineering Bamboo(T/CECS 10138-2021),building Structure Modeling with SAP2000 Software.Analyze the influence of joint stiffness on the period,vibration mode,storey displacement and vertical displacement of the results.According to the results of finite element analysis,to draw the force diagram of components and nodes,calculate components and nodes.Compare the structural economy and overall life cycle economy with the portal frame.(4)In addition to the content of structural calculation,as a reference for the design of the application of PSB in the soda plant,this paper also discusses the structural measures,construction technologies and matters needing attentions during use,and gives design and construction suggestions. |
