With the development of Chinese economy and the expansion of city scale,the electricity demand of urban and rural residents is increasing,and the peak-valley difference of power grid load is increasing.In the field of buildings,the operation of air conditioning system accounts for more than 50% of building energy consumption,and daytime is the main operation period of air conditioning system,which increases the load of morning and noon,which is originally the peak time of electricity consumption,and aggravates the contradiction of power supply in the grid.Ice storage air conditioning balances the power load from the user side,saves electricity costs,realizes energy conservation and consumption reduction,and has important social economic and environmental benefits.Based on the analysis and research of various ice storage methods,combined with the characteristics of ice slurry dynamic storage,this paper improved the ice formation method on the heat exchange wall and improved the heat transfer efficiency.On this basis,combined with relevant researches at home and abroad,based on the theory of ice crystal formation and the process of supercooled water ice making,a new direct cooling dynamic supercooled water ice crystal storage system is proposed,and its working characteristics are systematically studied.The main work is as follows:(1)Combined with the working process of direct cooling dynamic supercooled water ice crystal storage system,the numerical model of dynamic supercooled water ice storage supercooler was established,the flow and heat transfer inside the supercooler under different conditions were analyzed and studied,the physical structure and size of the supercooler were determined,and the water flow rate of the ice storage system was determined to be 5.9~7.0m3/h.The stability of ice making is better when the degree of subcooling is 0.96~0.78℃.(2)A dynamic ice crystal storage experiment system of direct cooling supercooled water was established.The process of ice blocking was analyzed from the perspectives of supercooled water generation,supercooled relief and ice water separation,and the influences of impurities and particles content,flow wall roughness,heat exchange surface temperature,supercooled relief efficiency and ice crystal removal on the generation of cold storage ice slurry were studied.A theoretical method is proposed to inhibit the occurrence of ice jam,and the cooling performance coefficient(COP)of the system is determined to be 2.16.(3)The experimental study of ultrasonic supercooling removal is carried out,and the method of ultrasonic supercooling removal is determined.At the same time,the refrigeration and deicing regulation method and control logic of direct cooling supercooling dynamic ice crystal storage system are given.In this paper,the relevant research on the dynamic ice crystal storage system of direct cooling supercooled water will help to deeply understand and master the dynamic ice storage of supercooled water,provide a theoretical basis for the engineering application of this technology,and lay a theoretical basis and reference for the realization of efficient ice storage power peak regulation.
