Research On Landscape Evaluation And Renewal Strategies Of Baita Mountain Park Under The Background Of "Urban Renewal And Ecological Restoration"

The public has made it a universal aspiration to explore the environment with excellent scenery for recreation and sightseeing,due to the swift economic growth and the enhancement of people’s living quality.As a typical public open space combining artificial and natural environment in the suburbs of the city,urban mountain parks have attracted more and more attention from tourists,and it is urgent for us to transform them which developed and constructed in the past;at the same time,Housing and urban-rural development of the People’s Republic of China innovatively proposed the concept of "Urban Renewal and Ecological Restoration" to direct various urban renewal efforts.Therefore,the paper constructs a landscape evaluation system for urban mountain parks based on the concept of "Urban Renewal and Ecological Restoration",and completes a landscape evaluation of Baita Mountain Park,based on which a renewal strategy is proposed to provide a reference for landscape evaluation and renewal of urban mountain parks in the context of "Urban Renewal and Ecological Restoration".Firstly,this paper explores and compares the development of domestic and international research on urban mountain park renovation and landscape evaluation,on this basis,the conceptions of "Urban Renewal and Ecological Restoration",urban mountain park and landscape evaluation are summarized,and combined with the theories of landscape aesthetics,landscape ecology and environmental psychology,the research contents and the ideas of this paper are determined.Secondly,constructing the landscape ecological evaluation model of urban mountain parks and the landscape function evaluation model of urban mountain parks,which based on the core principles of the "Urban Renewal and Ecological Restoration".In the first step,the target hierarchy method and the theoretical analysis method were comprehensively utilized to complete the preliminary selection of landscape ecological evaluation indicators and landscape function evaluation indicators.In the second step,using the fuzzy Delphi method and combined with multiple questionnaires,a landscape ecological evaluation index system was constructed with ecological environment quality,ecological benefit value and ecological planning and design as the criterion layer and 14 indicators,such as air quality and environmental quietness as the factor layer;a landscape function evaluation index system was constructed with landscape recreation function,landscape aesthetic function,science education function and cultural inheritance function as the criterion layer and 17 indicators,such as the diversity of recreation space and the reasonableness of the distribution of service facilities as factor layers.In the third step,the relative significance(weight)of each evaluation indicator in the landscape ecology evaluation system and the landscape function evaluation system of urban mountain parks was determined by means of the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).Thirdly,based on an in-depth analysis of the current situation of Baita Mountain Park,a landscape assessment of Baita Mountain Park in Lanzhou City was carried out by means of a questionnaire distributed on site and online,and the data was calculated and analyzed in conjunction with the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation(FCE),the results of which showed that the comprehensive evaluation scores of landscape ecology of Baita Mountain Park are arranged from high to low as ecological benefit value,ecological planning and design,and ecological environment quality;and the comprehensive evaluation scores of landscape function are arranged from high to low as landscape aesthetic function,landscape recreation function,cultural inheritance function,and popular science education function.Finally,by connecting the conclusions of the evaluation of the landscape ecology and the evaluation of the landscape function of Baita Mountain Park,four strategies are proposed for the ecological renewal of the landscape,such as stabilizing plant communities and applying ecological concepts,and seven strategies are proposed for the functional renewal of the landscape,such as improving infrastructure,enhancing artistic aesthetics and building a science and technology system,which are proposed with a view to providing reference for the "double restoration" of Baita Mountain Park.
