Since the beginning of the 21 st century,various diseases around the world have been frequent,and diseases such as African swine fever,new crown pneumonia and monkeypox have struck,which have dealt a serious blow to China’s economic development and people’s living standards,making China have to formulate corresponding measures and testing plans to respond.PCR detection technology has quickly become the mainstream of detection technology in the field of virus detection because of its strong specificity,high sensitivity,short detection cycle and low mask DNA purity requirements.The improved fluorescence PCR detection technology based on this technology has realized the transformation of PCR detection technology from qualitative to quantitative,and fluorescent PCR detectors have also appeared.However,the design of its core technology temperature control system is still the focus of people’s research,On the basis of the previous research,according to the reaction principle and characteristics of fluorescence PCR technology,I will design and optimize the temperature control system of fluorescent PCR detector,further improve the control performance of the system,improve the quality of fluorescence PCR detection,and reduce the overall development cost and size.The main work includes:(1)Design and implementation of hardware circuit of fluorescent PCR detector temperature control system: this work mainly includes studying and analyzing the principle and characteristics of fluorescent PCR reaction,and putting forward the design requirements of fluorescent PCR detector temperature control system;Adopt modular design ideas to design the overall architecture of hardware circuits;Select appropriate circuit schemes and electronic component designs to implement each circuit module and conduct functional tests on the modules;Design the temperature control hardware feedback network to strengthen the monitoring ability of the control circuit and improve the performance of temperature control;PCB layout and proofing of the designed circuit,followed by hardware testing with a multimeter and oscilloscope to verify circuit functionality.(2)Design and implementation of fluorescence PCR detector temperature control system software: This work mainly includes designing the overall framework of the software on the basis of hardware circuit design;According to the characteristics and temperature control methods of the temperature control system of the fluorescence PCR detector,the mathematical model of the system was derived.The temperature control algorithm is studied,considering the design requirements and implementation complexity,combining fuzzy theory with traditional PID algorithm,adding dead band control and integral limit design improved fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm to improve system control performance.Combined with the system model,the temperature control algorithm is tested by using the MATLAB design simulation model,and the control parameters are improved and adjusted in time.The KEIL software development platform and C language programming are used to implement each software module,and the data transmission and reception of each software module are verified;Build an experimental platform for the temperature control system of fluorescence PCR detector to test the designed temperature control index.The results show that the maximum temperature rise rate of the temperature control system of the fluorescence PCR detector designed in this paper can reach 6.400°C/s,the temperature control accuracy of the system is 0.2°C,the temperature uniformity of the system is less than 0.4°C,and the development cost and design size are controlled to meet the design standards and meet the national design requirements.It provides reference and protocol reference for the design and research of the temperature control system of the subsequent fluorescence PCR detector,which is further promoted...
